For example, at the GS-10 step, the average pay is $152,771 per annum. This is an increase of 4% from the current GS-15 pay scale. 2023 GS Pay Tables The $183,500 pay cap for higher GS grades in 2023 will be as per the rate for Level IV of the Executive Schedule.
