PROVABLE BACKGROUND FACTS

 * Was mentored for over 2 years.
 * Joined the Lighthouse Associate Partnership Programme on a part-time and
   later full-time basis.
 * Received extreme pressure from family to leave Lighthouse throughout her
   involvement.
 * Left the company praising Lighthouse but citing stress and pressure from
   parents as the causal factor.
 * Later sent an email pushing for an ineligible refund on fees she’d paid,
   which was rightly rejected.
 * Unsuccessful refund attempt coincides with the start of an online
   anti-Lighthouse smear campaign.

DESTRUCTIVE ACTIONS

 * Provided false testimony about her experience with Lighthouse International
   Group to the Insolvency Service in an attempt to force an undue refund. 
 * Has fraudulently presented herself as a creditor of Lighthouse International
   Group when there are no creditors.
 * The origin of the thousands of abusive messages on Reddit can provably be
   traced back to a close friend/family member of Rachel Jones. (These malicious
   posts were a significant contributor to two suicide attempts by Lighthouse
   Associates).

 * Falsely claiming she was manipulated, lied to and pressured to invest in
   herself through Lighthouse International Group. 
 * Lied about being ‘badly’ bullied and abused during her time at Lighthouse
   International Group by Paul Waugh, Jai Singh and Chris Nash.
 * Claimed she was manipulated into taking out credit cards and getting herself
   into debt.

RACHEL’S HISTORY & RELATIONSHIP WITH LIGHTHOUSE

Rachel enthusiastically began mentorship at Lighthouse following a messy divorce
and in need of a lot of emotional and mental support, having suffered a long
history of abuse from other people in her life and a very difficult relationship
with her mother. Much evidence exists of her positivity and praise for
Lighthouse during her time with us, right up to the last day she was with us. 

Rachel however required some of the most intensive levels of support,
reassurance and guidance due to her chaotic nature and the pressures she was
receiving from inside her own family to stop her being mentored. At one point,
her mother and step-father hired a private detective to investigate Lighthouse,
but their report found nothing of note or significance to report. This is
because Lighthouse have done nothing unlawful or criminal, never receiving even
one police visit. The Insolvency Service’s Winding Up Petition is the only legal
action ever taken against the company, despite many empty threats from our
accusers, like Rachel.

A a more than 1hr long conversation between Rachel, her mentor Jai Singh and
Lighthouse CEO, Chris Nash on 25th March 2021, Rachel is recorded highly
praising the support she’s received from Lighthouse but citing the pressure and
cynicism of her family as too much to bear and her reasons to step away, but
still stay involved “in some way”. At this point Rachel wanted to receive a full
unquestioned refund of her Associate Partnership fee and became belligerent
after being told this was unjustifiable, especially as she’d received well above
and beyond the service most ever do and given her reasons for leaving were not
the fault of Lighthouse or anyone within it.

In light of this Rachel soon turned acrimonious towards Lighthouse, later lying
to the Insolvency Services that she was bullied, threatened and abused at
Lighthouse. This dark change of heart coincided almost exactly with the
discovery of an online smear campaign being started against Lighthouse on
Reddit. Extensive material and recorded evidence exists to prove Rachel’s lying
and distorting of truth, using her claims to project onto Founder Paul Waugh and
Lighthouse what she’d actually suffered from others. Shockingly this crucial and
damning evidence was however ‘set aside’ by the High Court in February 2023 in
the name of efficiency and to save court resources! We have done our utmost to
avoid releasing any of this publicly but Rachel’s belligerence  and lack of
repentance leaves us little choice. We pray for her to have a change of heart
and to speak the truth.

THE TRUTH & EVIDENCE WE WILL DEMONSTRATE

 * Rachel Jones was not pressured into investing in herself through Lighthouse
   International Group and she was given plenty of time and space to make any
   and all financial decisions she made. As can be seen in her email above.  



 * Rachel Jones was never misled about promised returns and stated in her own
   words how happy and excited she was to be involved.



 * Rachel Jones knew that Lighthouse was in a research and development phase
   when she joined and that the development of products and services could take
   time, meaning any investment she’d made in herself wasn’t a guarantee of any
   short-medium return. 



 * Lighthouse’s claims about possible returns down the line were very genuine,
   given that the 18 new partners (Including Rachel) were brought on board for
   an imminent international launch, prior to the COVID-19 outbreak and impact.
   The global epidemic vastly delayed these plans as it would have done for
   millions of businesses globally, many of which did not survive. 



 * Rachel Jones was never given financial advice, as will be seen stated in her
   own words – as well as stating her knowledge that Lighthouse is in a research
   phase and we did not promise anyone a job.



 * The turning point came in March 2021 when Rachel Jones, after being mentored
   for 2 years, asked for her money back because her family pressure to leave
   had become too much. The level of development she needed because of this
   meant her progress was going to take a lot longer because of it. This is
   despite the fact Rachel, ‘Client 2’ had already received thousands of hours
   of training, mentoring and coaching up to this point and so was not entitled
   to any money back.



 * Rachel Jones stated before she left, in her own words, that there wasn’t a
   problem with Lighthouse but she wanted to leave because it was ‘too hard’ for
   her and because of her family’s opposition. 



 * It was only much later, after leaving Lighthouse, that Rachel Jones falsely
   alleged she was lied to and mocked for asking for her money back.  A
   recording of her final conversation about that is categoric evidence of this
   fabrication.



 * Rachel Jones was given numerous win-win and more than fair offers to help
   earn the back and improve on the investments she’d already made in herself
   over time. These were ignored in favour of her trying to force a payment out
   of Lighthouse through foolishly lying to the Insolvency Service.



 * Rachel Jones enjoyed a predominantly positive relationship with those
   supporting her at Lighthouse throughout her involvement, right up until the
   end.



 * Rachel Jones’s family were belligerently against her involvement with
   Lighthouse from day 1 and this put tremendous pressure on her such that she
   couldn’t cope with a full-time Lighthouse workload. Because of that, it was
   always going to take much longer for her to get to a place where she was
   earning through Lighthouse.



 * Rachel Jones’ numerous communications with other Lighthouse Associates during
   her involvement reveal the ongoing pressures and difficulties she experienced
   from her family to give up. It was only much later that this reality was
   falsely twisted into blaming Lighthouse in order to try and force an
   illegitimate refund.
