LEAGACY MEMBER PERKS AT OFFPRICE



Hi Nicole

Thank you for being a valued member of the OFFPRICE community! We are officially
two weeks away from show time and I can't wait to be back onsite with all of our
attendees.

I am reaching out to remind you of your Legacy Member perks at the show. If you
aren't familiar, being a Legacy Member means you are a VIP buyer at OFFPRICE!

Legacy Members enjoy exclusive lounge access, limo transportation during show
days, complimentary breakfast and refreshments daily, and dedicated customer
service to ensure your show experience is easy, efficient, and successful.

First and foremost, please note our daily show hours: The main entrance doors
will open at 9AM daily. However, as a Legacy Member, you are welcome to access
the floor at 8AM for vendor appointments via the lounge hallway entrance.

P lease be aware that we will not be offering badge pick up on Monday, before
opening day. Additionally, buyers will not be allowed on the show floor at any
time before Tuesday the 13th.
Buyer check in and badge pick-up is available in the lounge.

On the floorplan, you will notice the Legacy Lounge space has been reserved in
MR101, located down the meeting room hallway to the right of the main
registration area. Start your mornings with complimentary coffee and continental
breakfast, beginning at 7:30AM every day.

Furthermore, the lounge will be open to you throughout each day of the show as a
private area for breaks, team meetings, device charging, or if you just need a
quiet place to rest and work.

As mentioned, your membership qualifies for complimentary limo service between
hotels and other expo venues during show days. If you wish to take advantage of
the limo service, please follow the instructions below to be added to the
schedule:

Provide your name, ride date and time, pick-up and d rop-off locations, number
of riders, and a cell phone contact for driver.

Abigail will be in touch to confirm that your ride is scheduled.

PLEASE NOTE:
Limo service is available on first come, first serve basis. Walk up requests may
be accommodated onsite at the transportation desk in the registration lobby,
dependent on availability.

Limo service does not include airport transfers.
