Named after one of India's preeminent educator and philosopher, whose birth
anniversary is celebrated across India as Teacher's Day, Dr. Sarvepalli
Radhakrishnan Government Arts College, popularly known as SRK College, came into
existence in 1973. It was a defining moment in the history of Yanam as the long
yearned dreams of the local populace of moving.
