You are able to move allowing emotions to flow and connect with the five senses (sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste) cultivating settling and relaxation. Walk-and-talk isn’t all about walking either, I always bring a blanket allowing us to sit able supported by the environment. The park offers a pond, wheel-chair accessible greenway, and large open space giving us many options to respond to what’s needed. The park has an all-gender bathroom, water fountain, benches, and covered seating areas. In-person therapy Longmont, Colorado. VIRTUAL THERAPY Telehealth allows you to have greater flexibility in scheduling and gives you the ability to be in a familiar and safe space with access to the objects that help you to settle and relax. I provide telehealth services through a HIPAA complainant platform. $120 per session, reach out about sliding scale options ($70-$120) At this time I do no take insurance*. I’m happy to provide a superbill to help you with insurance reimbursement.
