Introduction note Dear colleagues, How time has flown this last quarter with the end of our financial year in sight. There have been many changes within our organisation in the past few months but ones I believe will definitely put us in a strong position for the future and certainly a lot more streamlined. It’s the focus on our customers that plays the critical role in our success and I often refer to Global Accounts having two types of customers, one externally and one internally. Our external customers are created by our local organizations and we are there to support these global customers on whatever their needs are to ensure they trust and believe in us as their chosen partners. These expectations really differ from region to region and country by country and this is where we play a significant role as we are the link between the local organisations and the customer in many cases. Then we have the equally important internal customer which is our local organisations and RMO’s. This past quarter I have seen different people from different regions all coming together to help execute and present some important tenders, no barriers, just excellent team work and people really coming together to create a successful outcome for the organisation. It’s situations like this that excite us as Global Accounts for the future and make us believe we will win more and more into the future. In this edition we welcome on board Hsuen Ming Sin (just call him Sin he says). Sin is the Product Marketing Manager, ASEAN North Asia and what a difference he has already made for us in his local market, welcome once again Sin. We get to share the success story of BioMerieux. This was a long negotiation and great example of our French team, our legal department (Cedric Ruepp) and the Global Account team working closely together to secure this contract. In voice of the RMO you get to meet Javier Grandini who is the regional VP Mexico, Central America and Caribbean. Javier shares a short introduction into his organisation and how working with Global Accounts benefits them. In Voice of a partner we hear from Ivan Bjelobrk from the SEE region. He gives us a really good overview of their setup in the region and how they work in the EAD market. We hope that you enjoy the read and please feel free to reach out to our team at any time as we are here to support you in every way possible. Good luck for the last few weeks of this financial year ! You receive this newsletter because we would like to be in touch with you.
