The eligibility for participation in the Nexo Referral Program, the type, amount

regarding the number of Referred Clients or the amount of incentives a Client

Participation in the Nexo Referral Program is non-transferable and cannot be
sold, gifted or awarded to any person other than you. Nexo reserves its right to
amend or supplement the terms and conditions of the Nexo Referral Program, as

discretion. Any such amendments or supplements shall become valid and in full
