   The Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for Evidence-based Practice
   in Nursing and Healthcare is pleased to offer an EBP Certification to
   qualified professionals who work in practice or education. This certification
   recognizes demonstrated expertise in EBP and denotes that the successful
   applicant has completed the required education component. Applicants will
   need to provide documentation of advance intensive continuing education or
   graduate study in EBP.

   The EBP HQ is the Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for
   Evidence-based Practice in Nursing and Healthcare's premiere resource kit for
   evidence based practice. We're dedicated to helping you integrate
   evidence-based practice into your organization. Our EBP HQ is a resource
   center available to attendees of our immersions, but individuals engaged in
   nursing and healthcare may access it by becoming a member. For an annual fee

About Fuld National Institute for EBP

In 2016, The Ohio State University College of Nursing received a $6.5 million
gift from the Helene Fuld National Health Trust to create the Helene Fuld Health
Trust National Institute for Evidence-based Practice (EBP) in Nursing and
Healthcare. The Fuld National Institute for EBP is a national hub for the
formation, teaching and dissemination of best practices to improve healthcare
quality, safety, costs and patient outcomes.Its cores include transdisciplinary
clinical practice, academics, EBP implementation science and consumer education.

Ohio State’s Center for Transdisciplinary Evidence-based Practice (CTEP), which
created the foundation for the Fuld National Institute for EBP, has been leading
the way in disseminating and teaching best practices to healthcare providers and

Trust National Institute for Evidence-based Practice in Nursing and Healthcare
developed the Excellence in Evidence-based Practice and Outcomes Designation to

5 Day EBP Immersion This unique program provides a “deep-dive” immersion into
evidence-based practice (EBP). Participants will learn the step-by-step
evidence-based practice process as well as effective strategies for integrating
and sustaining EBP in clinical and academic organizations.
Implement and Sustain Program Join our EBP experts as we explore a systematic
approach and hands on application for implementation of evidence-based practice
in clinical settings. This program will offer 4.25 contact hours of continuing
nursing education.
Online Modular EBP Program This online, self-paced experience provides 15
modules and an in-depth introduction to evidence-based practice. Within
completion of the program you are awarded a certificate of completion and over
20 contact hours of continuing nursing education.
2023 EBP National Summit This groundbreaking event provides nursing and
transdisciplinary clinicians, leaders, academicians and researchers with the
best and latest evidence to guide the highest level of practice that improves
healthcare quality, safety, policy, patient outcomes and costs.
