The given courses of action have emerged from a personal journey and describe
ways of acting/thinking that have brought benefits for both appearance and
well-being of the body.

 

Both methods are based on stimulating the body's self-healing/recovery
potentials and are simple and easy to perform.

 

The "catch," however, is that both activities require consistent sessions.

A valuable process such as body recovery or rejuvenation cannot occur quickly.
Such is the nature of the body's essence.

 

Awards for such flow and action are indeed the best, especially after the middle
age:

 * the body gradually starts strengthening, and its vital functions become more
   comfortable;

 * the face begins to rejuvenate;

 * mental and emotional well-being increases.

 

The habit to take care of your well-being can take time. It's not important, how
long, important is only that, at some point, you are ready to work for yourself.

On the page, there is only one small blog post about one method to relax the
shoulders.

The method may be small, but do not underestimate the body's capabilities.

If you follow the advice recommended in the post during your activity, you can
achieve a much more enjoyable state in your shoulder area within 15-30 minutes.



In relation to self-massage techniques, I am starting to share a unified
methodology:

 * techniques must be simple;

 * the techniques must be performed by a longer unit of time, because in this
   way they turn out to be effective;

 * relax or enjoy the process while performing the techniques.



 

If you follow these principles, self-help techniques may prove to be more
effective for you than traditional massage.

ABOUT ME...







My name is Lydia Adone and I am a professional massage therapist. I have been
doing this job for 24 years.

In my practical work, I paid great attention to approaching the body from a
holistic perspective: the body is a part of nature, and emotions are an
inseparable part of the body's life.



My favorite direction is demonstrating massage techniques that people can use on
themselves.



Over the course of two years, I have noticed remarkable changes in my over
60-year-old face due to the utilization of techniques highlighted in the course.
And the positive changes continue.

The body's recovery potential is impossible not to appreciate and... leave
unused.

 

I have used my knowledge and experience for a facial massage course, and now
you, too, can experience pleasant and enjoyable results with your face and also
with your body.



Although there is still little material on the website, I still decided to
publish it.

If I had known the regenerative potential of the body as I know it now, I would
have started as early as 45 or 50 years old. I would have gained years in
physical well-being and health......

So my recommendation readers-to is− don't lose years, start for oneself working
already now. Start by practicing or exercising until you develop a permanent and
regular activity habit.

 In the end, you will achieve victory over time and years, and this victory will
be very enjoyable.



Furthermore... - I have been practicing spiritual meditation techniques and
disciplines for over 35 years. I set a goal for myself that the skills I acquire
must be applicable to a Western lifestyle for practical benefit. From this arise
experiences with emotional and concentration techniques that facilitated the
development of a "Positive Focus Session.
