Hosted by VETS Indexes, this semi-annual conference returns in-person for 2022
and includes discussions of best practices and challenges related to veteran
employment, recognition of companies going above and beyond for vets and their
families, and lots of opportunities to network. The conference is designed to
offer attendees actionable tools and information to establish and build upon
veteran initiatives. It will also provide a great opportunity to network with
peers from leading companies.

AS FEATURED ON CNBC

On the eve of Veterans Day, Jim Cramer hosted his annual “Salute to Service”
special on “Mad Money.” Declaring that hiring military veterans is simply “good
business” he highlighted VETS Indexes and the Employer Awards. The CNBC
personality traded in his stock commentary for a moment Tuesday to highlight
public corporations that he admires for having gone above and beyond the call of
duty to hire Americans who have served in the military. Veterans are highly
trained and are known for a strong work ethic, but often have a hard time
finding work in the civilian workforce after returning from active duty.

May 20, 2021 – VETS Indexes just released its latest ratings of the companies
and organizations who do the most for separated veterans. The ratings are based
on the results of a simple, proprietary survey that asked employers questions
about practices in regard to five key areas of veteran employment: veteran
hiring and recruiting, veteran development and retention, inclusive policies and
culture, support for Guard and Reserve members, and military spouse support.

May 20, 2021 – VETS Indexes is very proud to announce the winners of the first
annual VETS Indexes Employer Awards, recognizing the employers that do the most

evaluation process, over 300 organizations participated in the survey with over
100 submitting completed surveys to be considered for this recognition,

nonprofit groups.
