IR-5: GOVERNANCE V2.0

IR-5 proposes a set of governance changes collectively presented as the

XIP-20: MEME OLYMPICS

XIP-20 proposes a community meme coin trading competition on base, the Meme
Olympics. Entrants from the community will launch tokens on Base and pair with
$BUX a token minted by the Infinex team. The most successful traders and tokens
will earn GP rewards. If approved, a total of 1,000,000 GP will be distributed
form the discord competition allocation specified in XIP-15 for XIP-20. Are you

WGC-4: EXTEND THE LEGAL WORKING GROUP

As WGC-4 has come to a conclusion, a new update was made to reflect the new
outcomes, budget, and timelines. Outcomes was updated from prior outcomes
(below), to reflect the new focus of the Legal Working Group. The budget has
changed from $30,000 a month retainer, to a flat $250,000 fee. This is to
accommodate the legal costs and services related to corporate entity
structuring. The timeline has also been updated to another 60 days, which means
the Legal Working Group will be in action until June 3, 2024. Are you in favour

IR-4 proposes the introduction of the Security Seat and the introduction of a
bond for the Security and Operations Seats. If approved, the changes to the
Infinex Governance contracts must be implemented before the end of the current
epoch (April 30th 2024). This gives Infinex the flexibility to bundle any
further governance changes prior to the start of the next epoch. This proposal
must be passed by a minimum of 60% of the actual debt shares voted. Are you in
