 * All the movers were great guys and very helpful! So kudos to them. We got a
   quote from the agent who came to the home, but when it was time to pay, we
   were given a different price. This was just frustrating to deal with when the
   quote given to us in the first place wasn’t honored. We only went with your
   company because of the cap, we let go of another company because of the
   hourly rate. Everyone is exhausted after a move, and to deal with that was
   truly disheartening and disappointing. Maybe you’ll need to have proper
   communication systems on what is quoted to the client by the agent. The
   company and the agent quoting the price to the client needs to be on the same
   page.
