What is the Global SaaS Leaders community?

A networking and knowledge-sharing community. The Global SaaS Leaders community
is a place for leaders at established SaaS businesses to interact and network
with other professionals with similar goals. It’s a great place to learn from
each other, offer your own expertise, and get to know others who understand the
challenges and wins your business has!

Who is it for?

SaaS leaders. This community is for anyone in a SaaS or software business
leadership role, whether that’s development, marketing, finance, people and
culture, or any other area of work.

How do I apply?

Simple — just fill out the form at the top of this page, and someone will reach
out to you ASAP.

Can I reapply later?

Of course! If you don’t currently meet the membership guidelines for this
community, please reach out again if something changes.

Do I need to be a FastSpring customer to join?

Nope! While this community is hosted by FastSpring, it’s for SaaS business
leaders regardless of whether their organization uses the FastSpring commerce
platform (but let us know if you’d like to know more).

Am I going to get pitched to sign up for FastSpring when I join?

Not unless you’re interested. If you want to know more about FastSpring, that’s
great, and we can set you up with someone who can tell you more. But this
community is meant to be a comfortable space for its members to get to know each
other and exchange knowledge resources, so unwanted solicitation is prohibited. 

In fact, if someone has tried to sell you something inside the Global SaaS
Leaders community when you didn’t ask for it, please let the moderator team know
via DM in Slack or via email.

Can I refer someone to the community?

Please do! If you have someone in mind who would be a great fit for the
community, please let the moderator know via DM in Slack or via email.

What are your community guidelines?

Great question. You can read the community guidelines here, which we ask that
you do before joining the space.

What if I’m not familiar with Slack? 

No problem! Slack is an easy-to-use instant messaging platform. If you’ve never
used it or haven’t used it much, check out Slack’s tutorials for more info, or
feel free to ask one of our moderators if you have a specific question.

What does it cost to be a member?

Nothing. That said, we might monetize it at some point in the future, so join
now to get grandfathered at no cost if we do.

What if I have questions?

Is the space moderated?
