directly, we also ensure that they are funded through enhanced Housing Benefit
and that local authorities which are able to fully reclaim from the UK
Government so that our costs are fully reclaimable whether you’re from a local

4 STAGE PROCESS


4 STAGE PROCESS FOR SUCCESS

STAGE 1


PARTNER DUE DILIGENCE

This ensures that all our Housing service partners are fit for purpose and have
the ability and structure to deliver the high standards expected in the sector.
We will need the following for stage 1:

Articles of Association for the company

Company registration certificate

Last Audited Accounts (if available)

CVs for each of the Directors

Full names and addresses of all directors

A statement outlining experience and business interest in the sector

X2 ID of all directors

DBS of all directors (these can be applied for during this process)

X2 professional references (one from sector)

Proof of insurances (public/employers/professional liabilities)

STAGE 2


APPLE CONCIERGE MEETING

If you are successful in step 1 the Landlord will meet with a member from team
Apple with a list of vacant or newly acquired properties to see if their
property qualifies for Housing scheme. A 3-year lease agreement is signed to
formalise the process.

Site Audit & Selection of Properties

3 year lease assignment signed

PROPERTY INSPECTION

Our experienced property inspector meets the landlord at the property for an
inspection. Once the property has passed, we then gather and verify all required
statutory certificates (FLAGE+) necessary for renting through our room match
system. Apple will create the rent and service charges and submit to the local
authority.
