PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Guadalupe River Ranch offers a tremendous recreational opportunity for

features with frontage on the west side of the Victoria Barge Canal, as well as
frontage on the meandering east bank of the Guadalupe River. The ranch is
located on the Guadalupe River at the well-known Log Jam on the river. The

dove. It has excellent duck hunting and offers a variety of fishing options with
access to both the Guadalupe River and the barge canal. The owner reports a good
quality deer herd with bucks in the 150 BC score and sightings of deer in the
+160s. The ranch is about 20% wooded with the balance being low brush and tall
grass. The ranch does include an area along the barge canal that is subject to
a dredge spoilage easement that is used to store dredge material from the barge
canal. The owner does have a recent survey.
