for leading and executing NTT Ltd demand generation marketing strategy,
including digital campaigns, events, ABM, BDR/inside sales, reporting and
campaign lifecycle optimization for the Americas region. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing
successful marketing programs across digital, ABM and events, managing a team,
working cross functionally, and achieving business objectives, with a strong,
data-led approach. The Senior Director of Marketing will work closely with other
regional marketing leaders and senior executives to develop and implement
marketing strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Working at NTT Responsibilities: • Develop and implement integrated marketing
strategies that support the organization's objectives, including digital
marketing initiatives, events, ABM, BDR/inside sales, demand generation,
reporting, and campaign lifecycle optimization. • Lead and manage the digital
marketing team, including events, BDR and ABM teams, ensuring that all team
members are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, and
responsible for achieving the desired results and metrics. • Develop and
maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal marketing and
regional leaders, clients, partners, and vendors, in both digital and
non-digital contexts, to support demand generation efforts. • Drive customer
acquisition and retention through targeted digital marketing campaigns and
initiatives, events, and other promotional activities that focus on demand
generation. • Plan and execute a variety of integrated demand generation
programs, such as email marketing, webinars, whitepapers, and other types of
programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. • Manage
marketing budgets and ensure that spending aligns with the organization's goals
and objectives, including digital spending, events, and ABM. • Measure the
success of marketing programs and initiatives, and adjust strategies as
necessary, using data analytics and other tools, including demand generation
metrics and reporting. • Maintain and optimize marketing dashboards to track and
report on marketing performance to senior leadership, including demand
generation performance. • Responsible for reporting on the results of all demand
generation programs, including digital marketing initiatives, events, demand
generation programs, and campaign lifecycle optimization, to senior leadership
and other stakeholders. • Ensure that all marketing programs are evaluated based
on specific metrics and KPIs, and that results are communicated to relevant
stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Stay current on industry trends
and best practices, especially in the digital marketing, events and ABM spaces,
and incorporate them into marketing strategies. • Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure
alignment and execution of marketing programs, including demand generation and
campaign lifecycle optimization. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. • 10
years of experience in marketing leadership roles, including digital marketing,
events and ABM. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful
marketing programs, including digital programs, events, ABM programs, aligned
BDR programs, reporting, and campaign lifecycle optimization. • Experience
managing and leading a team of cross-functional marketing professionals, in
order to bring together a demand generation strategy that drives results. •
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable
insights, especially in the digital marketing, events, AB, demand generation,
reporting, and campaign lifecycle optimization spaces. • Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
cross functionally in a very fast-paced environment. • Experience with change
management and leading a team during times of intense change within an
organization Experience in the technology or software industry a plus. The
Senior Director of Marketing is a critical leadership position within the

ability to build and lead a high-performing team, and a proven track record of
success in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital
marketing, events, demand generation, reporting, and campaign lifecycle
