Identity Exchange Intensives are four-month experiences through the Becoming
What You Believe course with a cohort, group meetings led by Jamie & Donna
Winship, personal coaching sessions with an identity coach, community forum and
more.

At Identity Exchange, we know you feel like everything depends on you and you
don’t feel good enough to handle it all. The problem is that years of painful
life experiences have caused you to develop beliefs about yourself that are not
true.

We also understand how easily inner conflict can control your life. After living
in some of the most conflict-ridden areas of the world, we found the outer
conflict paled in comparison to our inner conflicts and fears. This left us
feeling powerless to make an impact. This was a lie.

In order to survive our stressful circumstances, we compensated by creating
false versions of ourselves – a false identity. Through a series of divine
experiences, we discovered how to hear truth from God and expose the lie-based
thinking that produced fear. God revealed our true identities which became a
catalyst for transformation.

Over the last 20 years, we have walked thousands of people through the Identity
Exchange process.  We have produced trainings, studies, and workshops that will
help you exchange fear-based thinking for God’s truth which brings overwhelming
peace, wholeness, and a transformed life.
