That’s the next steps I would suggest @justsomeone1 . Already saved as draft and will be suggested if OP confirm the previous steps is not working. @Naota if it’s not working, can you try: * Download the installer again from brave.com – or if you still have a copy on your device * Quit Brave, make sure there’s no Brave’s backgrounds processes running * Run the installer. No need to uninstall. Just run the installer. It’ll try to fetch the latest version from server. justsomeone1 August 9, 2020, 2:44pm 9 thanks @eljuno and have a nice day wjell August 9, 2020, 3:24pm 10 Re-installing seemed to fix the problem. TY justsomeone1 August 9, 2020, 3:25pm 11 glad it work Naota August 10, 2020, 5:14am 13 Thank you and @eljuno. Installing over the existing copy took care of it. If the error pops up again when the next update comes out, I will create a new post and will reference this one for research purposes. In reality though I am more than happy to do these steps any time a patch comes out. Thanks again. 1 Like justsomeone1 August 10, 2020, 8:35am 14 you welcome and if it happen again try also to restart your device and right click brave icon then choose run as administrator and see if that help also or not and have a nice day eljuno Closed August 10, 2020, 2:59pm 15 * Home * Categories * FAQ/Guidelines * Terms of Service * Privacy Policy Powered by Discourse, best viewed with JavaScript enabled Skip to main content Sign UpLog In * * THIS IS A PAYOUT STATUS UPDATE FOR THE BRAVE ADS JULY, 2023 PAYOUT. BRAVE ADS PAYOUT STATUS: * Users connected to Uphold: Payments Pending * Users connected to Gemini: Payments Pending * Users connected to Bitflyer: Payments Pending NOTICE: For Uphold users, payments will now appear as one deposit into your Uphold account, rather than an individual deposit for each Rewards profile connected to your Uphold account. Example: If you have 3 browsers verified with Uphold, each earning 1 BAT for the month, you will receive a deposit into Uphold for 3 BAT. Note that this status update post is for Brave Ads earnings payouts to Brave browser users . This thread is not for creator payouts for tips. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the browser as it includes important fixes and updates that help ensure a smooth payout process Didn’t receive your payout or only received a portion of it? Here are some things to consider first. 1. Are payouts still processing? Although Brave Ads payout transactions begin on 7th of each month, it may take several days to fully process the large list of transactions. You may therefore see other users receiving their payouts before yours arrives. Additionally, if you are using Brave Rewards on multiple devices, they may be paid out at separate times – that is, you may receive payment for one of your devices before the other(s). The browser, and this thread, will tell you when all payouts are complete. 2. Are you included in the payout period? Please note that the payout beginning on July 7th is for Brave Ads earnings throughout June (plus any BAT you’ve accumulated before that). If you only recently enabled Brave Ads (for example, after May 31st, 2022), you will receive your payout in next month’s payout period. 3. Why is my payment amount different than what my ‘estimated earnings’ was showing? This is perfectly normal! Sometimes ads do not fully reconcile (“cash in”) before the end of the payment period. So while this does appear in your Estimated earnings in real time, unreconciled funds will not appear in the current month’s payout and will instead be “rolled over” into next month’s payment. 4. Maybe you received it! Your payout will be deposited directly into your account, so be sure to check your transaction history in your Uphold, Gemini, or bitFlyer account. 0X80042193 ERROR - UNABLE TO UPDATE BRAVE Browser SupportDesktop Support windows You have selected 0 posts. select all cancel selecting Aug 2020 1 / 14 Aug 2020 Aug 2020 Naota Aug '20 I am on Windows 10 Home.
