Gabb does not need parental controls that most phones require, because it
does not have access to internet, social media or addictive games.
* HOW DOES THE GABB REFERRAL CODE WORK?
Gabb’s referral program, also known as “Refer a Friend,” allows existing
Gabb customers and new customers an opportunity to get a discount. A new
customer uses the existing customer’s phone number at checkout. This will
give the existing customer a month of free service and the new customer a
free accessory for their device.

Gabb devices do not have web browsers, open source third-party apps stores,
or social media apps. Rather, Gabb offers devices and plans that fit the
different needs of a child as they grow up, starting with our Gabb Watch 3
and going through to our more robust and customizable Gabb Phone 3 Pro.
* HOW ARE GABB PHONES SAFE FOR KIDS AND TEENS?
Gabb devices are the safest options for kids and teens as they provide
parents the ability to give their child and teen tech in steps. Starting
with our Gabb Watch 3 which allows for up to 100 parent approved contacts,
no internet or social media, or third-party apps and going through to our
more flexible and robust Gabb Phone 3 Pro–Gabb offers safe options tailored
for each family and child.
* CAN YOU PUT MUSIC ON A GABB PHONE?
Music can be played on our Gabb phones using a few optional methods. You
can load any downloaded MP3 to a Gabb phone by simply connecting the phone
to a parent’s computer as well as with our safe music streaming service
Gabb Music. Note that music cannot be played on our Gabb Watch 3 at this
time.
* HOW MUCH ARE GABB PHONES?
Gabb devices and their monthly service plans vary between devices. Check
out our Gabb Watch 3, Gabb Phone and Gabb Phone 3 Pro.
* HOW DO I ACTIVATE A GABB PHONE?
New lines ordered at gabb.com ship active and ready to use. This means that
no action is needed on the part of the customer: activation is already
taken care of. Devices ordered on Amazon may visit gabb.com/activate once
the device is received to activate service.
* HOW DO GABB PHONES HELP TO AVOID INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT ONLINE?
Gabb phones have no internet browser, social media apps, and give parents
the ability to provide their child with tech in steps. Starting with our
Gabb Watch 3 with no access to third-party apps, or social media, all the
way through more flexible options like the Gabb Phone 3 Pro, parents can
choose the device and plan that works best for their child as they grow.
* HOW DOES GABB MUSIC WORK?
Gabb Music is available on the Gabb Phone, Gabb Phone Plus, and Gabb Phone
3 Pro.
Gabb Music is a radio style music streaming service. When connected to
WiFi, it allows users to listen to curated music from millions of songs.
Gabb Music allows customers up to 6 song skips per three hours and the
ability to stream genres and curated mixes.

Gabb Watch is the kid-safe phone that kids wear. The Gabb Watch 3 includes
unlimited talk and text, GPS tracking, Safe Zones, preset text messages, a
keyboard with Speech-to-Text, parent-approved contact list, Gabb Go, Gabb
Move, and more!
* DOES THE GABB WATCH HAVE GPS TRACKING?
Gabb Watch and Gabb phones are equipped with active GPS tracking and
customizable “Safe Zones”.
* WHAT DOES THE GABB WATCH DO?
The Gabb Watch is a great way for kids to stay in touch with their parents
through unlimited calling and texting, and includes features like voice
messaging, texting, GPS tracking, Safe Zones, step counter, and an SOS
emergency button.
* CAN YOU USE THE GABB WATCH WITHOUT A PHONE?
Yes! The Gabb Watch is a stand alone device with its own phone number.
* DOES THE GABB WATCH HAVE GAMES?
The Gabb Watch 3 does not have traditional games. It has Gabb Go, a virtual
pet that motivates kids to get off screens, and Mimic by Gabb, a memory
activity.
* WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE GABB WATCH 2 AND THE GABB WATCH 3?
There are a few hardware differences between the Gabb Watch 2 and 3. The
new hardware includes wireless charging, better network coverage, water
resistance IP68, Gorilla Glass screen, more storage, more memory, new
chipset, and a silicone watch band.
As for software, The new software includes the ability to add up to 100
contacts, Keyboard, Speech-to-Text, Gabb Move, Mimic by Gabb, 3 new Gabb Go
pets, Calculator, New Ringtones, 2 New Themes, 8 New Wallpapers, Gabb ID,
Gabb Cloud, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Quiet Times with Focus Mode and Silent Mode
Schedules, Volume Control, and additional apps coming soon!
Gabb Watch 2 customers must purchase the Gabb Watch 3 to get Gabb Watch 3
updates. However, Gabb Watch 2 customers can buy the new black and white
bands that come with the Gabb Watch 3, as they are sold as separate
accessories.
