    I HATE THIS SOFTWARE
    
    I hate how long it took me to be forced to upgrade. I wasn't being 'forced',
    of course, but suddenly my version totally crashed. And it was a pain to
    slowly walk through your steps to pay you more money. And on steps, it's
    four steps to copy and paste - the magic button at the top, that isn't
    always at the top, although the software says 'Hey, look, it's here, idiot!'
    when it wasn't there. Then select what you want, then copy, then paste. Ugh,
    it's' just tedious. I know, first world problems, but I hate this software.
