Here's what to expect during your salon or brow service:




FACE COVERINGS

During hair services, face coverings are recommended for fully vaccinated
guests.* They are required for guests who are not fully vaccinated, and for all
associates.

*Unless required by state or local mandate. During brow services, all guests and
associates are required to wear a face covering.


CLEANING COMMITMENT

We frequently clean and disinfect throughout the day.


APPOINTMENTS

We encourage service appointments. If you’re not feeling well, please
reschedule.


WELLNESS CHECKS

Associates will participate in daily wellness screens before their shifts.


SOCIAL DISTANCING

Every other chair is left open to maintain appropriate distancing.

Achieve a multi-dimensional effect with an all-over application of multiple

GLOSS

Add shine & tone with an all-over color application of demi-permanent hair
color. Results last 6-8 weeks; cannot lighten hair.

SPECIALTY HAIRCOLOR

FULL ROOT TOUCH-UP

An application of hair color to the root area only.
(Approx. 1 hr 45 min)

TOTAL BLONDE

An all-over or root touch-up application of lightener to achieve the perfect
shade of blonde. Toner included.
(Approx. 2 hrs 15 min)

COLOR CORRECTION (BY CONSULTATION ONLY)

Includes any and all color services needed to correct and complete the desired
look. Charged in half-hour increments.

HIGHLIGHTS OR BAYALAGE

ACCENT HIGHLIGHT

Foil or balayage* highlights on a small area of the head (up to 10 foils or
sections). Toner included.

PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT

Foil or balayage* highlights on half the head. Toner included.

ROOT BLEND (FOR HIGHLIGHTS)

Soften the contrast between natural hair color at the root area during or
between a highlighting service. Also known as a base breaker.

variety of silhouettes that are worn in their natural curly state.

KIDS HAIRCUT

A haircut on a child age 10 & under.

BANG TRIM

A trim on the bang area. Cleanse, condition and scalp massage not included.

Curl or straighten the hair by use of a flat iron, curling iron or wand on dry
hair. Cleanse, condition and blow dry not included.

FORMAL STYLE

Event styling that includes any combination of curls, twists, pin ups or braids
on dry hair. Cleanse, condition and blow dry not included.

ACCENT BRAID

A single braid on one side of the head or worked into a simple pony. Cleanse,
condition, scalp massage and blow dry not included.

TEXTURE STYLING

CLEANSE, CARE AND DEFINE

An elevated version of a "wash and go" with a cleanse, clarifying or scalp
treatment and customized deep conditioner. Styling products are applied and
curls are defined with a technique like shingling or finger coiling for a
finished style.

SILK PRESS/WRAP AND CURL

Smooth the texture of hair with a hair wrap or blow dry and finish with a press
using a pressing comb and/or flat iron.

TEXTURE SET
