Team Manager - Back Office Scottish Widows

Closing Date- Friday 29th October

The Team Manager is responsible for customer service delivery and all aspects of
people management and development. They will provide leadership and support and
continuously work with team members to raise capability, nurture talent and
deliver desired outcomes for our customers, our business and our clients.

This role will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Administrators
to achieve service levels and key objectives within Shared Admin Services.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 * Lead, motivate, develop and inspire team members
 * Active management of team, resource, workload and performance
 * Ensure operational compliance with Company, regulatory and legislative
   requirements
 * Contribute to area management team, identifying problems, proposing and
   implementing solutions at a team/area level
 * Achieve and maintain Overseer competence under FCA guidelines
 * Compliance – To ensure that you understand and adhere to Company Code of
   Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory
   policies.  This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.

You should be able to demonstrate:

 * Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant LP&I role
 * Strong product, system and process knowledge
 * Great planning and organising skills
 * Ability to produce and analyse statistical information
 * Previous experience managing or coaching a team
 * A good understanding of TCF outcomes
