WE ARE CREATING AN OPEN ECONOMY BY DEMOCRATIZING REAL WORLD ASSETS. ASSETBLOCKS

OUR FIRST BLOCKS


ENERGYBLOCKS

Assetblocks is going to offer renewable energy assets. We call these
energyblocks. With energyblocks you can own a piece of a solar or windfarm.
Energyblocks owners will receive the profits earned by the underlying solar- or
windfarm.





OUR FIRST ASSET OFFERING

The first energyblocks offer a 2MW solar portfolio around Berlin. These
energyblocks are generating between 6-7% pre-tax return per year. In Q4 2023
these energyblocks will be made available to the public at the assetblocks
platform.


UPCOMING OFFERINGS

Assetblocks has a pipeline of sustainable assets secured and ready to be
offered. Additional features and assets such as battery storage, charging
infrastructure, thermal energy or real estate will be offered at the assetblocks
platform in a later stage. Consult our roadmap to get a better understanding of
our goals.

ROADMAP

LAUNCHING FIRST ASSETS: ENERGYBLOCKS

We start with offering energy producing assets such as wind and solar farms.
Energyblocks owners will receive the profits of the underlying asset. The assets
will be offered via the assetblocks platform.

ADDING FEATURES TO ENERGYBLOCKS

We will add features to energyblocks such as the integration of a risk
management and performance tool. We are also going to provide real-time insight
in the production data of the assets.

CREATING LIQUIDITY IN SECONDARY MARKETS

Assetblocks will develop tools that allows assetblock owners to offer their
blocks for secondary trading. Assetblocks will also integrate our own
proprietary risk-scoring engine to create transparent pricing features in
secondary markets.

LAUNCHING NEW ASSETBLOCKS TYPES

New assetblocks categories such as battery storage, charging infrastructure,
thermal energy or real estate will be added.

KEEP GROWING AND UNLOCKING NEW VALUE STREAMS

Assetblocks will keep adding new features to its platform, unlocking new value
streams and adding new assets. Assetblocks will also expand its services to
other countries in the EU.
