Mountain Culture hosted 200+ party-shirt-wearing mountain bike riders as part of
40one1000 on Saturday. When asked how the day went, words like ‘shredding’,
‘mega trails’ and ‘only a few injuries’ were thrown around. The riders went from
Mountain Culture’s Factory in Emu Plains and covered around 40km in the lower
Blue Mountains before ending back up at The Factory and (responsibly) enjoying a
couple of beers. 🍻 Based on these pictures, it was a fun day. 🚴 . . .

⛰️King of the Mountain⛰️ Over 7 days, @willcorlett27 aka the 'King of the
Mountains' ran 500km through every corner of the Blueys, raising money for
@lifelineaustralia. He battled a lack of sleep, cold temps and a knee that
threatened to give out at any moment, whilst his support crew acted as taste
testers for Mountain Culture. When he crossed the (pretty epic 😉) finish line,

USA, the brewers at our favourite breweries were generous enough to teach us
some new dry hopping techniques designed to amplify the super juicy and fruity
characters of beer and reduce any unwanted earthy or vegetal notes. We’ve tried
them in this Double NEIPA and can report 10/10 success. ⛳️Now Watch This Drive -
WCIPA 6.2%⛳️ Our new West Coast IPA is an ode to Independence Day, and features
an all-American hop line up of Columbus, Amarillo, Citra and Cascade. It’s
tasting strongly of oranges with a little pine and resin; just a real solid

to the early days of Mountain Culture, two months after Covid hit, when we had
accepted our fate of our new business shutting down and DJ stood on the brew
deck and threw Sabro and BRU-1 hops into the whirlpool with great abandon like
it was our hopes and dreams... But then this beautiful hazy liquid poured out,
with such strong flavours of coconut and pineapple, it felt like we were sipping
on a Piña Colada on a beach in Jamaica...figuratively speaking. We would have
been arrested had we dared go 6km beyond our home... Ahhh, memories. And as a
little cocktail umbrella on top😉, Tomorrow Noon will be available to add to the

🍺MCBC x Wildflower Rustic Lager Program🍺 🩳 Who Wears Schwarz Schwarz -
Schwarzbier 4.5% 🩳 Continuing on from Mirror Image,WWSS is the second
installment from MCBC’s and WF’s ongoing collaborative rustic lager program.
This dark lager was made by mashing light and roasted european malts over straw
in the wooden mash tun at Wildflower before boiling in their copper kettle with
Hallertau Mittlefruh. The wort was cast out and settled in copper coolship to
70°C before final cooling to a maximum fermentation temperature of 13°C. Over
three weeks the beer was slowly cooled and then lagered for 12 weeks before
packaging. Mash pH adjustments made with dealcoholized barrel aged sour beer
from Wildflower. No water adjustment or brewing aids added at any stage,
naturally carbonated. From the brewers: Incredible body, so creamy and rich,
visually and flavour wise espresso reminiscent. Malt derived raisin and toffee
notes backed with a roasted malt. We need bigger cups, it’s too easy to drink.
This is an ongoing keg only program and Schwarz Schwarz can be found at our Emu

the USA and this beer was been inspired by the new modern West Coasts they were
drinking in San Diego. Compared to Westies of a few years ago, this one is a bit
lower in bitterness, a little fruitier and light and refreshing even with its
ABV, which is as well hidden as your stash… of money. 🧠 Core Memory - NEIPA
7.5% 🧠 Motueka. Is that enough said to get you to try this beer? Probably if
you know what Motueka is. But if you’re not aware, it’s like a magic hop that
makes every beer its in taste fucking incredible. As such, no doubt a core

🍻New Collaboration Releases🍻 🍩Drippy Donut Glaze (x Grumpy Donuts) - Imperial
“Donut Stout 10.7%🍩 With help from our friends and the curators of Sydney’s
finest donuts, @grumpydonutsofficial, our second stout of our winter series has
had 1000 donuts have been crammed into one of our fermenters. Carried by
chocolate notes, this stout has complex undertones of cinnamon and vanilla icing
layered over a velvet smooth body. Contains milk, soy, almonds. 💫Reality
Distortion Field (x Future Magic)- Triple WCIPA 9.5%💫 After getting to know the
team at @futuremagicbrewingco on a recent trip to Brisvegas, we’ve combined our
brains to create an old school IPA with one of the most complex malt bills we’ve
ever milled in. Giving it a full, malty backbone, the combination of Columbus
and Simcoe in the dry hops gives this big westie refreshing notes of citrus and
pine whilst the late addition of Talus dials up fruit notes of pink grapefruit

🍻New Releases🍻 🎑Dojo Master - Black IPA 6.3%🎑 Our first Black IPA of 2024.
After the success with our previous Black IPAs - you may remember Master of
Karate, Leather Daddy, A Sightglass Darkly - master instructor (brewer) Boogie
has conjured up a treat for you this year. Pouring rich with a dark and opaque
hue, this beer has the freshness of a regular IPA, balanced by a welcoming
bitterness and caramel twist from the speciality malts. 🙃Opposite Day - Oat
Cream IPA 7.6%🙃 Also pouring dark with notes of decadent drip coffee and a
crisp, bitter finish...just joking, it's opposite day, a concept Pat's kids have
recently learned and now use as an excuse to do the opposite of what mum and dad

👀Mountain Culture x Bottle Logic...Round 2👀 🥥🫘Imperial Logic (x Bottle
Logic) - Imperial Pastry Stout🫘🥥 A rebrew of our collaboration stout with the
Californian king of stouts, @bottlelogicbrewing, that sold in less than 1 hour
last year! This monster of an imperial stout uses the highest kg/L of adjuncts
we have ever used in a single beer, which includes a whole pallet load of
coconut shavings, coffee beans that were roasted locally just half an hour
before going into the beer, and a hint of cinnamon for good measure. The
indulgent qualities of a creamy dessert are carried by a velvet smooth body with
a decadent finish. Contains milk. We learned quite a lot of new tricks brewing
this collaboration stout for the first time in 2023, and so we thought, why stop
there? 🌰🍮Imperial Logic Vol 2 (x Bottle Logic) - Pistachio Crème Brûlée
Stout🍮🌰 Thanks to the good folks at @carwyncellars and @forwardhops, we’ve
teamed up with @bottlelogicbrewing once again and this time trying to raise the
bar. Wes and Stephen from Bottle Logic suggested we try another one of their
favourite stout adjuncts, pistachios, and so we used a whole pallet load of hand

Helping more Aussie’s to discover really good beer part 1...Lawnmower
racing🏁🏎️ After hearing about lawnmower racing and the fact that the suburb of
Hurstbridge just outside of Melbourne would be hosting their first ever
Australian lawnmower championship race, we couldn’t turn down the opportunity to
somehow get DJ involved. He still doesn’t understand how and why we made this
happened, but he got to try a new experience and had fun whilst getting
annihilated by what I can only refer to as real life Mario Kart racers.
Seriously, the way they drift around the corners are wild! Big shoutout to the
