 * OUR HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
   
   In the beginning there was an idea that like minded NFT enthusiasts could
   come together and build something great, and in the process, get a constant
   stream of beautiful NFTs as well as a share of the royalties that come from
   collected PASS sale/swap. tzDropz aims to meet this goal through strategic
   partnerships and a first of its kind tiered membership in an exclusive club
   that provides revenue share of PASS royalties to Diamond members.

   TZDROPZ LAUNCH
   
   tzDropz hits the ground running by air-dropping 50,000 SILVER PASS NFT's on
   the open market and launch of the website. These SILVER PASS NFTs do not
   directly come with membership benefits, HOWEVER, if you collect 3 they can be
   traded in the near future for GOLD PASS membership.

   artwork for the first tzDropz exclusive DROP. DIAMOND PASS members will get
   this as well as regular tzDropz exclusives absolutely FREE, PLATINUM PASS
   holders are automatically whitelisted with a discounted price, and GOLD PASS
   holders are automatically whitelisted.

 * Q2 2022
   
   EXCLUSIVE TZDROPZ BEGIN
   
   The first tzDropz exclusive drop is planned to hit the market either right at
   the end of Q1 or very early Q2 2022. While we don't want to spoil anything
   and give too much away, the artist we are looking to work with on this drop
   is a well known expert who also does cover art for some very popular bands.

DIAMOND PASS

This PASS is limited to 10k Editions.

The tzDropz Diamond PASS is an exclusive club, limited to 10k. At it's core
offering TOP NOTCH tzDropz exclusive NFT drops from top crypto NFT artists. One
NFT will be absolutely FREE for each Diamond PASS you hold. Additionally, each
Diamond PASS gets to share in the Revenue Pool derived from a portion of the
royalties collected on ALL PASS sales/swaps. tzDropz PASSES do carry a hefty
royalty of 30%, so this pool is going to grow and pay off month after month.
Revenue share will be 50% of collected royalties on PASSES with the other 50%
funding future growth.

TZDROPZ REVENUE SHARE

Royalties for all PASS swaps are placed into a pool that will be distributed to
Diamond PASS holders. Each Diamond PASS will receive 1/XXXX (where XXXX is the
number of Diamond passes staked in the Revenue Share Pool)

TZDROPZ EXCLUSIVE NFT DROPS REVENUE SHARE

Coming soon

Portions of the royalties for each of the tzDropz exclusive drops will have a
portion dedicated to the Diamond Revenue Share Pool. Unlike the PASS royalties
which is a fixed 50%, these will be variable. I will aim to get 10% of the
royalties (which will average 6-10%) for each collection to go to the Diamond
Revenue Share Pool. Remember, I aim to make these drops monthly, and many will
be large collections, so the totals of these royalties will be significant.

FREE AIR-DROPS OF ALL TZDROPZ EXCLUSIVE DROPS

Each Diamond PASS will get regular tzDropz exclusive drops ABSOLUTELY FREE. We
will be commissioning top artists for these drops and building projects and
