Terms and Conditions

1. Charges for SpiceMAX seats are over and above the ticket price; charges vary
depending on the length of the flight.

2. SpiceMAX passengers will be provided priority check-in at the dedicated
SpiceMAX counters, wherever available. In case of any difficulty in approaching
the counters at the airport, you can contact the nearest SpiceJet staff for
assistance.

3. SpiceMAX seats, once booked, cannot be cancelled.

4. In case of cancellation of the flight booking by passenger, the fee charged
for SpiceMAX seat will be refunded.

5. SpiceMAX seats are limited in number, and on select aircraft only.

6. Complimentary meal choice for SpiceMAX passengers can be added while booking
the seat, up to 6 hrs prior to departure. Complimentary beverage can be chosen
on-board from the available options.

7. Priority baggage delivery is available on flights into India.

8. For all SpiceMAX bookings done within 6 hours prior to departure, passenger
can pick any one eatable and a beverage from the on-board available choices.

Your guide to contactless and safe air travel

Family and Friends discount is applicable for a minimum of 4 passengers
(excluding infant) on a single booking. Terms and conditions apply.

The special discounted fares are applicable to the Senior citizens above the age
of 60 years only. To travel under this fare, the passenger must present a valid
age proof at the SpiceJet Check-in counter at the airport.

Children between the ages of 5 and under 12 years who will be traveling alone
are considered unaccompanied minors A fee of Rs.2000/ Rs.3500 (Domestic and
International respectively) will be applicable each way per unaccompanied minor.
Once booked, please fill the "Unaccompanied Minor form" available on our
website. Print 4 copies of the same and bring them with you to the airport. It
can be purchased till 2 hours prior to domestic flight departure and 3 hours
prior to international flight departure.

Applicable for all students above the age of 12 years studying with a bonafide
school/university. Limited inventory available. Valid photo ID and educational
institute I-card need to be presented for verification at check-in. Bookings
under this offer are refundable. Conditions apply.

Applicable for all serving and retired Indian Armed Forces personnel,
Paramilitary Forces personnel and their dependent families. Limited inventory
available. Valid photo ID and relevant military card need to be presented for
verification at check-in. Conditions apply.

Bookings made under LTC fare would be entitled to: Zero Convenience Fee (saving
of up to INR 350 per person per segment) Complimentary Meal and Beverage
Complimentary Seat Selection Complimentary Excess Check-in Baggage of up to 5 kg
Cancelation fee INR 1000 per person per sector Hold time of 6 hours for booking
made at least 72 hours prior to the departure time.

The fares are extended only to government officials for their official travel
(those carrying a valid identity card). A valid identity card issued by the
employer is a pre-requisite for travel under this offer and passengers will be
required to produce the card at the SpiceJet check-in counter at the airport.

Healthcare Professional’s fare Discount is available for bookings made till 31st
Dec. 2021 only.
