[NEW!] CONFIRM PRODUCT UPDATES

To help keep our customers aware of upcoming new features, we will be posting
here periodically anything noteworthy.

Today, Confirm keeps you connected to the "what" and "how" of performance
through the following features/functionality:

- Performance cycles: full organizational network analysis (not just 360's),
peer reviews, manager feedback, ratings, calibration tools, reporting, and key
takeaways reporting with recommendations

- Continuous feedback and recognition: Slack "thank you" channel integration,
privacy settings (e.g. share with manager and above), and integration into
performance cycles

- Searchable resumes that capture what each person has contributed and to which
activities in their organization (this can be capture as part of a performance
cycle or directly within your profile). This includes skills, behaviors,
credentials, collaborators, and basic info.

- Activity feeds to see who is doing what within your organization based on what
people capture on their internal resumes

- Operating manuals within profiles to enable colleagues to share more about who
they are at work and learn about each other

- Objectives (a.k.a. OKRs) anchored on individuals, defaulted to quarterly, with
access up and down the chain of command

- Career goals to be able to track development conversations and track personal
career goals

- Leveling frameworks capturing leveling ladders, including expectations for
each level, modeled after industry standards
