THIRD CLASS! It's only good as long as you don't need to return anything. When
you do need to return something then, they will NOT pick it up in spite of
having to follow it up at least 3-4 times. When they do, there are NO updates
whatsoever in-app! No pickup or refund tracking, at all! Their customer service
takes forever to understand your issue, leave alone the resolution. It SUCKS!

The user interface is good, but the service falls short. While purchasing on the
app, the delivery date promised next-day service, accompanied by significant
discounts with the care plan. I opted for the care plan and paid for it.
However, during checkout, most of the discounts vanished due to hidden
conditions related to the minimum value. Additionally, the delivery date changed
to three days later, and even after three days, it's now showing an additional
two days for delivery.

the coupons are a scam. They purposefully increase the price of the meds when
I'm about to pay and then they open a coupon as if it was newly added and then
when I click the coupon, then they once again reduce the price of the medicine
to the previous rate. But even then the rate is lesser than the price shown by
other apps. So in a way the app is fine.
