NEW! 🪧 CIVIL UNREST EXTENSION PACK

NEW! ‍ PASS/FAIL EQUIPMENT INSPECTION STEPS

We're excited to unveil a major upgrade to our Equipment Inspections feature
called “Inspection Steps”.

This upgrade lets you add multiple individual pass/ fail steps to each of your
equipment inspections. For example, when inspecting a vehicle, users could
document checking seat belts, lights, tyres, fuel level, etc. On each step they
can leave a note, and failure of any one step will prevent them from passing the
overall inspection.

NEW! DASHBOARD CHART & LIST WIDGETS

Remember we launched Saved Views recently? You can now select a 'Saved View' as
a dashboard widget to help visualize important data. If the view is grouped,
you'll get a data breakdown chart, if the view is a list you'll get a traffic
signal list based on the 'Success, Warning, Danger' color rules you've set.

For example, in the screenshot above, you might save a view of all damage
assessments grouped by Damage Status. This would display a chart of the data
breakdown by Damage Status on your dashboard.

Next, you'll see a screenshot of a hospitals board, here we've decided to list
all hospitals and their diversion status on the dashboard. If we had too many
hospitals to display, we could have added a filter to only show impacted
hospitals on the list.

It is our intention for you to be able to save multiple dashboards soon so you
can switch between different layouts. This is revolutionary for some of you, we
know!

For more admin instructions see the Help Docs. Our help desk is always available
to help you out with these configurations too 🫡 Press the Question Mark icon on
the top navigation bar of the application to ask for help.

NEW! LOCK IMPORTED TASKS & RESTRICTED FIELDS

LOCK IMPORTED TASKS

On a 'Task Board' (your checklists, tasks, etc.) you can now set the template to
'Lock changes on items imported from collections'. When you do this, the
imported checklist items and tasks included in your 'Pre-Plan / Play' will have
their title, order, and list locked. This will stop users from being able to
modify or delete your well planned checklists during an incident.

Are you an administrator? Read the help docs for setup instructions.

RESTRICTED FIELDS

When you set a Task Board Template to have 'Lock changes on items imported from
collections' enabled, you can also select any field to add it to the locked
list. This is really useful for adding content into your Collections such as
Task Instructions, Phone Numbers, Sub-Items etc. which you want the user to have
as an aid when completing the task. (Top Tip: Any phone numbers added in E.164
format will be clickable to dial from your computer).

NEW! SAVED VIEWS, ️ CUSTOM FILTERS, AND ITEM COUNTS

SAVED VIEWS

It's now possible to save multiple 'views' for each Status Board and Task Board.
Saved views may be switched between in the 'Filters' menu by your users.

A saved view can contain any layout you want, including grouping, sorting, and
choice of fields displayed in the columns. Any saved view can then be set as
default for the board.

For example, you may create a saved view called 'Assigned To Me' and filter it
to see only items related to your role or user or you might create a saved view
called 'By Status' and use it to group all your damage assessments by their
status for stats.

For administrator instructions to create Saved Views, read the help docs.

Don't miss, Status Board Dashboard Widgets also announced recently.

Viewing which Saved Views have been created for this board in Filters on the top
bar of any board.

️ CUSTOM FILTERS

Your users can now also choose to create a 'Custom Filter'. This will let them
filter and configure their current view to build any view they'd like. Unlike
saved views, custom views are not saved once they are cleared by the user.

Below you'll see a custom view filtering to only see 'Severe Damage' items in
the damage assessment. To access custom views, click the 'Filter' button within
any incident.

On any board, press Filter > Custom on the top bar.

GROUP BY ITEM COUNT

When you group a board by a field, we now show automatic item counts on each
row. This will help you to see how many items are within each group. Very
powerful for grouping by status.

INCIDENT REPORTING IMPROVEMENTS

'ANY OF' ON CUSTOM FIELDS

When in 'Intelligence > Reports > Custom Reports > Incidents', rather than being
limited to reporting on only one option for a single option custom field, you
can now report on multiple options where 'any' is a match. For example where a
'Risk Assessment' was any of the following values 'Completed, Not Completed'
rather than just one option.

5X Performance

We have made significant performance improvements to the activities reports on
'Intelligence > Reports > Custom Reports'. Our internal benchmarking shows this
as a 5X improvement in speed.

EVEN LARGER EXPORTS

We have increased the export limit of 15,000 rows to 100,000 rows in a single
export of activity data in Intelligence > Reports > Custom Reports'.
