CONTACT US VIEW ON MAP POSEIDONIA SYROS ISLAND Formerly known as Della Grazia by the Catholic Church of Madonna de la Gratsia, the settlement was eventually named after ancient Poseidonia dedicated to the god Poseidon as the aristocratic resort of Syros. From the city center of Syros, Ermoupoli, and the port, you can get to Poseidonia by bus, taxi or by a rented car, and not on foot. Poseidonia is 10km from Ermoupoli. Though, you can find in Poseidonia everything you’re going to need for your stay without having to leave the place. You can get everywhere on foot in Poseidonia, for example, the beach, restaurants, cafès and so on.
