This morning we’ll reflect on how ageism, with its pervasive stereotypes of each generation, hinders the potential found in our congregations. Rev. Patty Hanneman has served Unitarian Universalism as both a campus minister at Duke University and as a parish minister for the UU Congregation of Hillsborough. Her ministry currently includes offering spiritual direction, rites of passage and congregational consulting. She lives in Durham with her partner Karen Hill.
