PRIVACY POLICY

OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed
by Sender, Inc. (“Sendoso”) and applies to information collected when you use or
access Sendoso’s website at www.sendoso.com (the “Website”) or when your
information is submitted to Sendoso by our customers via the services we offer
to them (our “Product”) (together with the Website, the “Service”). We respect
the privacy rights of users and recognize the importance of protecting the
information collected about you.

Please read the following carefully to understand how we will collect, use, and
maintain your personal information. It also describes your choices regarding the
use, access, and correction of your personal information.

CHANGING OUR POLICY

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will
revise the “Last Updated” date at the end of this Privacy Policy and, in some
cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to
our homepage or sending you an email notification). If there are material
changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you more directly by email or
means of a notice on the home page prior to the change becoming effective. We
encourage you to review our Privacy Policy whenever you access the Service to
stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect
your privacy.

If you disagree with any changes to this Privacy Policy and do not wish your
information to be subject to the revised Privacy Policy, you will need to
deactivate your account with us and stop using the Service. Your use of the
Service after the posting of such changes shall constitute your consent to such
changes.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We may collect certain user information (including personal information and/or
sensitive personal information) in the following ways:

Information You Provide To Us. We collect information you provide directly to us
including when you visit the Website and/or use our Product.

 * For example, we collect information when you enter into an agreement with
   Sendoso as a customer, create or modify your profile and account, access and
   use the Service (including but not limited to when you upload, download, or
   share information), send items via the Service, participate in any
   interactive features of the Service, submit a contact form, participate in a
   survey, activity or event, apply for a job, request customer support, or
   communicate with us via third-party social media sites. You may, however,
   visit our website anonymously.
 * The types of information we may collect directly from you include your name,
   username, email address, postal address, phone number, information about your
   Product account preferences, employer’s name, job title, transactional
   information (including services purchased or subscribed to and billing
   address), inventory purchased and shipments sent via the Service, as well as
   any contact or other information you choose to provide. Please be aware that
   the information you choose to provide in your account profile may reveal or
   identify information that is not expressly stated (for example, information
   you provide may reveal your gender). We also store information that you
   upload or provide to the Services (“Content”) in order to provide you with
   the features and functionality of the Service.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Service. When you access
or use the Service, we may automatically collect information about you,
including:

 * Usage, Log, and Device Information: We collect information from your use of
   the Service such as system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser
   language, the date and time of your visit, and the referral URL. We monitor
   user activity in connection with the Service and may collect information
   about the features you use, the Content you upload, download, share, or
   access while using the Service, the Content you access, and any actions taken
   in connection with the access and use of your Content in the Service.
 * Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: A cookie is
   a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer
   when you visit a website. When you visit the website again, the cookie allows
   that site to recognize your browser. Cookies may store user preferences and
   other information. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to
   indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some website features or
   services may not function properly without cookies. We use cookies to
   understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate
   data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site
   experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service
   providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These
   service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our
   behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

Information we Collect from You if You Are Receiving a Gift through the Sendoso
Service.  When a Sendoso customer identifies an individual (a 'gift recipient')
to whom that customer wants to offer a gift or direct mailing through our
service, we will communicate with that gift recipient to make the offer and
complete the gift delivery. As a gift recipient, you will be asked to provide or
confirm personal information enabling us to successfully deliver the gift to
you, including your name, email, physical mailing address, and phone number.
 This personal information about you will be used only for the purpose of
delivering our service, and may be shared with our sub-processors to enable this
delivery.  With regard to the information you provide, you have all of the
Personal Data rights identified in this document, including Rights to Access,
Rectification, Erasure, Restriction of Processing , Data Portability, and Right
to Object.

USE OF INFORMATION

 * Enable you to access and use the Service;
 * Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and
   administrative messages;
 * Provide and deliver the services and features you request, process, and
   complete transactions, and send you related information, including purchase
   confirmations and invoices;
 * Respond to your comments, questions, and requests, and provide customer
   service and support;
 * Communicate with you about services, features, surveys, newsletters, offers,
   promotions, events, and provide other news or information about Sendoso and
   our select partners;
 * Process and deliver survey entries and rewards;
 * Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the
   Service and for marketing or advertising purposes;
 * Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to the
   Service, and other illegal activities;
 * Personalize and improve the Service, and provide content and/or features that
   match your interests and preferences or otherwise customize your experience
   on the Service; and
 * For other purposes about which we notify you.

Additionally we may disclose personal data in special cases when we have a good
faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements
or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet
national security or law enforcement requirements; (b) protect and defend our
rights or property; or (c) act to protect the interests of our users or others.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “do not track” (“DNT”) option. Because no
common industry or legal standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups,
technology companies, or regulators, we do not respond to DNT signals. We will
make efforts to continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology
and the implementation of a standard.

   providers who are working on our behalf and require access to your

   such as cloud hosting logistics and delivery, and customer database software.
   These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only
   as necessary to provide services to Sendoso.
 * In Compliance with Laws: We may disclose your information to a third party:
   (a) if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any
   applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) to
   enforce our agreements and policies; (c) to protect the security or integrity
   of the Service; (d) to protect Sendoso, our customers, or the public from
   harm or illegal activities; (e) to respond to an emergency which we believe
   in the good faith requires us to disclose information to assist in preventing
   the death or serious bodily injury of any person; or (f) as otherwise
   directed by you.
 * For Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in
   connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company
   assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to
   another company. You may be notified thereafter via email of any such change
   in ownership or control of your personal information.
 * As Aggregated and/or Anonymized Data: We may also share aggregated and/or
   anonymized information with third parties that does not directly identify
   you.
