   I'm Monique den Ouden, a Senior Executive Assistant at Deloitte in Amsterdam.
   My career journey began at 20 as a Junior Secretary DTP in a boutique
   Strategic Consulting firm. With no prior experience, I've learned invaluable
   lessons from what I call the 'University of Life', an ongoing educational
   journey.
   
   Today, I work with Deloitte's first female Managing Partner and a Life
   Science and Healthcare Partner, a role that has enriched my 25-year-long
   career. But my journey hasn't been without its challenges.
   
   Early in my career, I faced dyslexia, a challenge I kept undisclosed due to
   the attached stigma. However, with the advancement of tools like autocorrect,
   dyslexic-friendly fonts, and ChatGPT I've turned this challenge into an
   opportunity for growth, proving that roadblocks can indeed be stepping
   stones.
   
   Away from work, I live with my partner and son in a lovely village in the
   Netherlands, and I'm an avid lover of sports and the outdoors. I especially
   enjoy running and walking in the nearby dunes. I’m excited not only to share
   my experiences with you during this conference, but also to hear about your
   journeys and insights as fellow Executive Assistants. Let’s learn and grow

ABOUT THE SUMMIT





We are proud to say that this is our 5th year organizing the industry's leading
gathering of personal and executive assistants. This year we will be hosting the
event on September 26th and 27th of 2024 in the vibrant city of Lisbon,
Portugal, after their boom in Europe for their revolutionary approach to
business.

We bring together a distinguished group of approximately 50 PA professionals
from the highest-performing companies worldwide, with many attendees having
decades of industry experience. The event serves as a platform for PA experts to
connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. With a strong emphasis on
networking, we provide a unique opportunity for PA professionals to exchange
insights, share best practices, and gain valuable knowledge that will directly
benefit both their personal growth and the teams they are part of.

Our speakers make sure to focus on the subjects that are proven to matter in the
field of personal assistance. Advanced AI-driven personalization, skill
development strategies for assistants, well-being and stress management,
leveraging automation, and the future of virtual assistance are some of the
topics that will be extensively covered by our speakers. Additionally, the
summit addresses the generation gap and explores effective approaches to bridge
this divide in the workplace.
