Please be aware this texture is NOT steamed so that means some lengths 20 inches
and longer will be more on the wavy side than curly.

 Our Beaute Curl aka RAW Indian curly hair is the purest, highest quality hair
you can find. This pattern of curly hair will look similar to a curly water wave
look when installed. Each Indian Curly bundle is a loose natural curl and can be
straightened, curled, and colored and once washed will return to it’s normal
curl pattern.

We cannot guarantee each bundle will look exactly the same and have the exact
same color. Raw hair bundles will not all look exactly the same

 * Styling: For a full sew-in we recommend 3. Remember: Longer the hair the

WHAT DOES THE TERM “PROCESSED HAIR” MEAN?

Processed hair is hair that has undergone a chemical or steam change to achieve
certain textures and curl patterns. Even though the hair is processed it is
still great quality. We offer processed hair to our clients who are looking for
great beauty products on a budget. Our processed hair textures have a life span
of 2 plus years with proper care.

WHAT DOES THE TERM "RAW HAIR" MEAN?

Raw hair is hair that has undergone no chemical changes, no coloring, has not
been bleach bathed, have not been mixed with animal fibers and all cuticles are
intact.The cuticle is the outer layer of the hair strand and the structure is
similar to the overlapping of shingles on a rooftop. Meaning the natural pattern
(curl, wave or straight) that the hair has grown is what will be sent to you.
When you purchase hair from the beauty supply stores 100% of the time the hair
cuticles have been sewn to the weft in all different directions resulting in the
layers of the hair strand to rub together ultimately causing the hair to tangle.
Raw hair is always collected directly from a woman’s head. It is held in a
ponytail to ensure no hair strands fall to the floor and is then cut from the
top of the ponytail making sure all cuticles remain in the same direction. A lot
of times hair manufacturers will combine animal fibers with human hair as a way
to increase supply and cheat the system. That is why on some cases the hair will
burn or melt when being curled or flat ironed. Intense Beauté’s Raw hair is the

HOW TO MEASURE THE LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR?

Each texture must be measured differently. Our virgin straight hair can be
measured by the natural eye from the top of the weft to the ends of the bundle.
Our curly textures must be measured by pulling the hair straight. Each bundle
will not measure exact when it is still wrapped in its band, as tension can
affect the fall of each strand.

HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?

The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the lengths you
are wanting. The longer bundles have a shorter weft/track as the shorter bundles
have longer wefts/tracks.

For a full sew in weave we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. For lengths over 18”,
we recommend ordering 4-5 bundles of hair. If you desire a hair weave with a lot
of volume, you will need 5-6 bundles or 4.5 bundles with a closure. A closure
piece is a great addition to your install, as you will have no leave out. This
is considered a full-protected style and none of your hair will be exposed.

Slay- Cation aka Raw Indian bodywave. This hair is lightweight, yet durable. It
has a low to medium luster. It ranges from satin soft (silky smooth) to slightly
coarse to medium coarseness. Please note that some bundles have a slight
different natural wave pattern. Curl patterns differ with individual bundles
because each bundle comes from a different donor. It is naturally dark in color
close to a #1/1b with a few browns.

WHAT DOES THE TERM "RAW HAIR" MEAN?

Raw hair is hair that has undergone no chemical changes, no coloring, has not
been bleach bathed, have not been mixed with animal fibers and all cuticles are
intact.The cuticle is the outer layer of the hair strand and the structure is
similar to the overlapping of shingles on a rooftop. Meaning the natural pattern
(curl, wave or straight) that the hair has grown is what will be sent to you.

cuticles have been sewn to the weft in all different directions resulting in the
layers of the hair strand to rub together ultimately causing the hair to tangle.

HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?

The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the lengths you
are wanting. The longer bundles have a shorter weft/track as the shorter bundles
have longer wefts/tracks.

For a full sew in weave we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. For lengths over 18”,
we recommend ordering 4-5 bundles of hair. If you desire a hair weave with a lot

CAN I WASH AND BLOW DRY MY EXTENSIONS?

You absolutely can! These extensions are 100% Virgin Human Hair which means you
can treat them as you would your own natural hair.

CAN I SWIM IN MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes you can swim in your hair extensions but we suggest putting hair in a
ponytail or a bun to keep hair from tangling while wet.

At Intense Beauté® we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our
products go through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best
quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before
shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
 
Intense Beauté® does not distribute refunds or grant cancellations. All sales
are final. When you checkout with Intense Beaute you relinquish the rights to
your funds. With that being said the funds now abide by the policy and terms and

Processed hair is hair that has undergone a chemical or steam change to achieve
certain textures and curl patterns. Even though the hair is processed it is
still great quality. We offer processed hair to our clients who are looking for
great beauty products on a budget. Our processed hair textures have a life span
of 2 plus years with proper care.

WHAT DOES THE TERM "RAW HAIR" MEAN?

Raw hair is hair that has undergone no chemical changes, no coloring, has not
been bleach bathed, have not been mixed with animal fibers and all cuticles are
intact.The cuticle is the outer layer of the hair strand and the structure is
similar to the overlapping of shingles on a rooftop. Meaning the natural pattern
(curl, wave or straight) that the hair has grown is what will be sent to you.
When you purchase hair from the beauty supply stores 100% of the time the hair
cuticles have been sewn to the weft in all different directions resulting in the
layers of the hair strand to rub together ultimately causing the hair to tangle.
Raw hair is always collected directly from a woman’s head. It is held in a
ponytail to ensure no hair strands fall to the floor and is then cut from the
top of the ponytail making sure all cuticles remain in the same direction. A lot
of times hair manufacturers will combine animal fibers with human hair as a way
to increase supply and cheat the system. That is why on some cases the hair will

HOW TO MEASURE THE LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR?

Each texture must be measured differently. Our virgin straight hair can be
measured by the natural eye from the top of the weft to the ends of the bundle.
Our curly textures must be measured by pulling the hair straight. Each bundle
will not measure exact when it is still wrapped in its band, as tension can
affect the fall of each strand.

CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?

Your new virgin hair extensions can be treated as if it is your own hair. You
are able to use a thermal (hot) tool to straighten, curl, crimp, etc. Keep in
mind the hair does not have all the nutrients that a strand growing from your
scalp will. Heat damage can cause breakage and dryness. Therefore, it is
imperative that you use a heat-protectant product, always co-wash your hair, and
protect it during sleeping hours.

WHY ARE OUR HAIR EXTENSIONS ONLY OFFERED IN NATURAL BLACK OR BROWN COLORS?

Natural Black and Natural Brown are the natural shades that our donors grow
their hair. We do not change or alter the color or texture in any way.

CAN I COLOR MY NEW HAIR?

Any chemical processes should be done by a professional or at least consulted by
one. This purchase is an investment for you and chemically altering the hair can
possibly damage it. Though, our virgin hair extensions can handle a coloring
process very well, please be cautious. Once the hair is chemically altered
incorrectly, the cuticle can become damaged and overexposed causing fraying,
breakage, dryness, and tangling. This in turn will affect the overall look and
feel of your luxury MtrlGirl experience. Chemical damage has no reverse button.

WILL THE HAIR SHED?

There will be minimal shedding just like shedding of your own natural hair. No
hair is absolutely perfect. (Any company who states this phrase as a sales pitch
is not being honest.) We have reinforced machine wefting, to minimize shedding
to nearly none. You may see a few strands here or there, but nothing troubling.

WHAT DOES CO-WASH MEAN?

Co-washing simply means conditioner washing. It is a key task in extending the
life of your extensions and keeping them healthy. We recommend a co-wash once a
week with moisturizing conditioner to ensure your hair gets the nutrients and
moisture it needs.

HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?

The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the lengths you
are wanting. The longer bundles have a shorter weft/track as the shorter bundles
have longer wefts/tracks.

For a full sew in weave we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. For lengths over 18”,
we recommend ordering 4-5 bundles of hair. If you desire a hair weave with a lot
of volume, you will need 5-6 bundles or 4.5 bundles with a closure. A closure
piece is a great addition to your install, as you will have no leave out. This
is considered a full-protected style and none of your hair will be exposed.

will not measure exact when it is still wrapped in its band, as tension can
affect the fall of each strand.

CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?

Your new virgin hair extensions can be treated as if it is your own hair. You
are able to use a thermal (hot) tool to straighten, curl, crimp, etc. Keep in
mind the hair does not have all the nutrients that a strand growing from your
scalp will. Heat damage can cause breakage and dryness. Therefore, it is
imperative that you use a heat-protectant product, always co-wash your hair, and
protect it during sleeping hours.

WHY ARE OUR HAIR EXTENSIONS ONLY OFFERED IN NATURAL BLACK OR BROWN COLORS?

Natural Black and Natural Brown are the natural shades that our donors grow
their hair. We do not change or alter the color or texture in any way.

CAN I COLOR MY NEW HAIR?

Any chemical processes should be done by a professional or at least consulted by
one. This purchase is an investment for you and chemically altering the hair can
possibly damage it. Though, our virgin hair extensions can handle a coloring
process very well, please be cautious. Once the hair is chemically altered
incorrectly, the cuticle can become damaged and overexposed causing fraying,
breakage, dryness, and tangling. This in turn will affect the overall look and
feel of your luxury MtrlGirl experience. Chemical damage has no reverse button.

WILL THE HAIR SHED?

There will be minimal shedding just like shedding of your own natural hair. No
hair is absolutely perfect. (Any company who states this phrase as a sales pitch
is not being honest.) We have reinforced machine wefting, to minimize shedding
to nearly none. You may see a few strands here or there, but nothing troubling.

WHAT DOES CO-WASH MEAN?

Co-washing simply means conditioner washing. It is a key task in extending the
life of your extensions and keeping them healthy. We recommend a co-wash once a
week with moisturizing conditioner to ensure your hair gets the nutrients and
moisture it needs.

HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?

The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the lengths you
are wanting. The longer bundles have a shorter weft/track as the shorter bundles
have longer wefts/tracks.

For a full sew in weave we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. For lengths over 18”,
we recommend ordering 4-5 bundles of hair. If you desire a hair weave with a lot
of volume, you will need 5-6 bundles or 4.5 bundles with a closure. A closure
piece is a great addition to your install, as you will have no leave out. This
is considered a full-protected style and none of your hair will be exposed.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

All orders are processed and shipped within 30 Business days from your purchase

CAN I WASH AND BLOW DRY MY EXTENSIONS?

You absolutely can! These extensions are 100% Virgin Human Hair which means you
can treat them as you would your own natural hair.

CAN I SWIM IN MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes you can swim in your hair extensions but we suggest putting hair in a
ponytail or a bun to keep hair from tangling while wet.

At Intense Beauté® we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our
products go through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best
quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before
shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
 
Intense Beauté® does not distribute refunds or grant cancellations. All sales
are final. When you checkout with Intense Beaute you relinquish the rights to
your funds. With that being said the funds now abide by the policy and terms and

WHAT DOES THE TERM “PROCESSED HAIR” MEAN?

Processed hair is hair that has undergone a chemical or steam change to achieve
certain textures and curl patterns. Even though the hair is processed it is
still great quality. We offer processed hair to our clients who are looking for
great beauty products on a budget. Our processed hair textures have a life span
of 2 plus years with proper care.

WHAT DOES THE TERM "RAW HAIR" MEAN?

Raw hair is hair that has undergone no chemical changes, no coloring, has not
been bleach bathed, have not been mixed with animal fibers and all cuticles are
intact.The cuticle is the outer layer of the hair strand and the structure is
similar to the overlapping of shingles on a rooftop. Meaning the natural pattern
(curl, wave or straight) that the hair has grown is what will be sent to you.
When you purchase hair from the beauty supply stores 100% of the time the hair
cuticles have been sewn to the weft in all different directions resulting in the
layers of the hair strand to rub together ultimately causing the hair to tangle.
Raw hair is always collected directly from a woman’s head. It is held in a
ponytail to ensure no hair strands fall to the floor and is then cut from the
top of the ponytail making sure all cuticles remain in the same direction. A lot
of times hair manufacturers will combine animal fibers with human hair as a way
to increase supply and cheat the system. That is why on some cases the hair will
burn or melt when being curled or flat ironed. Intense Beauté’s Raw hair is the

authentically sourced leaving no room for worry.

HOW TO MEASURE THE LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR?

Each texture must be measured differently. Our virgin straight hair can be
measured by the natural eye from the top of the weft to the ends of the bundle.
Our curly textures must be measured by pulling the hair straight. Each bundle
will not measure exact when it is still wrapped in its band, as tension can
affect the fall of each strand.

CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?

Your new virgin hair extensions can be treated as if it is your own hair. You
are able to use a thermal (hot) tool to straighten, curl, crimp, etc. Keep in
mind the hair does not have all the nutrients that a strand growing from your
scalp will. Heat damage can cause breakage and dryness. Therefore, it is
imperative that you use a heat-protectant product, always co-wash your hair, and
protect it during sleeping hours.

WHY ARE OUR HAIR EXTENSIONS ONLY OFFERED IN NATURAL BLACK OR BROWN COLORS?

Natural Black and Natural Brown are the natural shades that our donors grow
their hair. We do not change or alter the color or texture in any way.

CAN I COLOR MY NEW HAIR?

Any chemical processes should be done by a professional or at least consulted by
one. This purchase is an investment for you and chemically altering the hair can
possibly damage it. Though, our virgin hair extensions can handle a coloring
process very well, please be cautious. Once the hair is chemically altered
incorrectly, the cuticle can become damaged and overexposed causing fraying,
breakage, dryness, and tangling. This in turn will affect the overall look and
feel of your luxury MtrlGirl experience. Chemical damage has no reverse button.

WILL THE HAIR SHED?

There will be minimal shedding just like shedding of your own natural hair. No
hair is absolutely perfect. (Any company who states this phrase as a sales pitch
is not being honest.) We have reinforced machine wefting, to minimize shedding
to nearly none. You may see a few strands here or there, but nothing troubling.

WHAT DOES CO-WASH MEAN?

Co-washing simply means conditioner washing. It is a key task in extending the
life of your extensions and keeping them healthy. We recommend a co-wash once a
week with moisturizing conditioner to ensure your hair gets the nutrients and
moisture it needs.

HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?

The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the lengths you
are wanting. The longer bundles have a shorter weft/track as the shorter bundles
have longer wefts/tracks.

For a full sew in weave we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. For lengths over 18”,
we recommend ordering 4-5 bundles of hair. If you desire a hair weave with a lot
of volume, you will need 5-6 bundles or 4.5 bundles with a closure. A closure
piece is a great addition to your install, as you will have no leave out. This
is considered a full-protected style and none of your hair will be exposed.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds only exchanges. Please contact us at

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

All orders are processed and shipped within 30 Business days from your purchase
date due to covid extremes in placed upon our vendor partners. We can not rush
any orders at the moment. Orders placed over the weekend will commence
processing on the following Monday. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do
not count as a business day and should not be considered when calculating
shipping times. Once shipped, orders are delivered by the shipping
carrier selected at checkout.

ARE YOUR EXTENSIONS 100% HUMAN HAIR?

Yes all of our hair extensions are 100% Human Hair.

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?

The longevity of our hair depends solely on how well you take care of your
extensions. With proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and
reinstalled and last a min of one year but can survive way beyond that. Our
virgin hair can last up until 3 years and raw extensions up to 5 years. Constant
heat styling, coloring, and improper care will significantly shorten the
lifespan of your hair extensions.

CAN I WASH AND BLOW DRY MY EXTENSIONS?

You absolutely can! These extensions are 100% Virgin Human Hair which means you
can treat them as you would your own natural hair.

CAN I SWIM IN MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes you can swim in your hair extensions but we suggest putting hair in a
ponytail or a bun to keep hair from tangling while wet.

Intense Beaute Return for Exchange Policy

At Intense Beauté® we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our
products go through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best
quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before
shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
 
Intense Beauté® does not distribute refunds or grant cancellations. All sales
are final. When you checkout with Intense Beaute you relinquish the rights to
your funds. With that being said the funds now abide by the policy and terms and
conditions that we have set forth and display proudly on our terms and
conditions and return policy pages. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted
but exchanges are allowed. Intense Beaute Does not grant refunds for refused or
packages returned at your own will (because you do not want it anymore). All
sales are final.

Exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date delivered will be permitted. If
you purchase your hair during a sale and would like to exchange the hair after
the sale has ended you will be exchanging your hair for the current retail price
of the exchanged bundles. If there is a difference you must pay the balance at
the time of the exchange.

When exchanging items hair must be returned in its original state when received.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed,
combed, picked, cut, washed and conditioned, untied from the bundle packaging or
processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair
products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundled
packaging and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to
hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the
original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that
perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the bundle packaging
or otherwise processing the hair voids exchanging guarantees and will be
returned back to customer as final sale. Also, if you by accident purchase your
bundles outside of our discounted bundle deals no price adjustment will be
honored.

You must send the product back to us first in order to start the exchange
process. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If
the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange
the product for something of equal or greater value in circumstances where
product requested is out of stock.
 
In the Rare Occurrence of a product defect, the policy will be as follows:

There is a 14-day Product Defect Exchange Policy which commences on the date of
delivery of the item tracking number. Customers should contact an Intense Beauté
customer service representative and notify them of their issue or concern. Note
that brushed, combed, picked,washing and conditioning, perming, coloring,
lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the
hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If Intense Beauté verifies and
agrees that the product is defective in any way, Intense Beauté will then
exchange or replace the product. If the customer selects a product in exchange
of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the
item. Intense Beauté® will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item
back to the customer if shipped ground. If Intense Beauté® does not validate the
product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer (via
ground) at our expense without an exchange of product.
