OIL AND GAS SOLUTIONS
Before our Rig Walking Systems were engineered, entire oil rig platforms had to
be completely dismantled in order to move it. Sometimes the rig needs to move
mere feet. We asked the question: What if we could pick up the entire rig and
just walk it to its next well? Once the Rig Walking System was engineered, or
customers were able to pick up their entire rig and move it to each well site
without dismantling. This solution resulted in increased efficiencies in process
and production, major cost savings and increased safety, as well as increased
revenue for the customer.

TIPPING SOLUTIONS
Before our Tippers were engineered, trailers were emptied manually. Using
valuable time and resources, this cost the customer a tremendous amount. We
asked the question: What if we could pick up the entire trailer and dump it?
Once the Tipper was made, our customers were able to back the trailer up to our
tipper and dump the entire load in approximately three minutes. This solution
resulted in increased efficiencies in process and production, exponential cost
savings and safety, and increased revenue for the customer. Since then, our
tippers have been utilized in many industries including bulk products,
recycling, solid waste, biomass and agricultural.

industry that could not only withstand the elements of the scrap yard, but
become a baler with the qualities and functions that scrap yard owners and
operators look for. We asked the question: What if we could engineer and
manufacture a baler from the ground up based entirely on customer input? Closely
working with scrap yard owners, we thoughtfully engineered our KODIAK baler. Our
baler is the first built FOR the customer BY the customer.
