PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL


When heat sealing thermoplastic materials, it is essential to ensure extremely
precise and measured temperature control of the heated bars in order to produce
the highest integrity seals. When designing and integrating our heat sealing
technologies for our customer applications, we use PID temperature controllers
with advanced digital displays to ensure accurate and repeatable temperatures
are maintained throughout our systems.

TEST & DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES


We have a purpose built in-house test and development facility located at our
Napier Road Heat Sealing Division. It features dedicated, test rig versions of
all our key heat sealing technologies including; Low Voltage Heat (LVH), Quick
Pulse Heat (QPH), ImPulse Heat (IPH), Profiled Die Heat (PDH), Continuous Rotary
Heat (CRH), Continuous Band Heat (CBH) and Hot Air Heat (HAH) sealing.
