A phone number is required for all shipments--orders submitted without a phone number will be cancelled if we receive no response to a request for a phone number within 48 hours. All shipments are insured at standard carrier limits. All packages are shipped FOB Kent, WA. Orders above $200 require signature-receipt on delivery. Please check with UPS for details regarding their delivery terms. Note: Some items may be shipped using USPS First-Class Packages. This allows us to keep shipping costs low for all of our customers. Order Cancellation GiftsUSA.biz is happy to honor requests to cancel orders if the order has not shipped. Please notify us right away if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has shipped already, we are happy to accept your return. Please see our return policy for details. GiftsUSA.biz will automatically cancel orders we suspect are duplicates. It sometimes happens that we receive two or more orders with nearly the same time-stamp from the same customer for the same item(s) to be shipped to the same address. These are clearly "duplicates," and we will automatically cancel the duplicates and ship only the first order. If you intentionally submit multiple separate orders for the same item and would like us to not cancel these, please contact us and let us know. Delivery Limitations GiftsUSA.biz is happy to ship your product to an address considered by UPS as domestic to the United States of America (48 contiguous states, plus Hawaii and Alaska). Please note that UPS cannot deliver to all addresses, including the following types: * United States Post Office Boxes * APO (Army Post Office) * FPO (Fleet Post Office) Orders will be cancelled if submitted with a non-US domestic shipping address, including any US territories, or with addresses to which UPS cannot deliver, or with addresses that resolve as "invalid" shipping addresses by UPS. Orders will be cancelled if submitted to reshipper addresses or individuals posing to provide such service, or submitted by companies intending to resell our product outside of the United States of America. Businesses wishing to retail our product outside of the USA should contact us directly. Additional Delivery Limitations: GiftsUSA cannot assume liability for theft. Orders to delivery addresses with past theft history will be cancelled. GiftsUSA will not deliver to temporary addresses, like hotel rooms. Please provide a permanent delivery address on all orders. Orders designated to be delivered to a temporary address will be cancelled. GiftsUSA cannot modify the delivery address on an existing order. If you need to change the delivery address on an unshipped order, we will cancel your existing order and ask you to submit a new order. If you need to change the delivery address on a shipped order, you may contact the carrier to try re-directing the shipment (the carrier may charge a fee). We apologize for any inconvenience. Packaging All products come packaged in their original manufacturer's packaging. Items classified by the manufacturer as safe for shipping in the original packaging will be shipped as-is. Otherwise, items will be placed into separate boxes for shipping. Processing Time Unfortunately, we cannot not make guarantees for processing/shipping times; however, we try very hard to ship orders as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. All orders are processed and shipped on a strict first-come-first-served basis. Shipment Refusal Refused shipments cause additional and unnecessary costs. If you notice damage at the time of delivery, have the damage noted and take pictures. You will not lose your damage claim with us by accepting a damaged shipment. We will work with you to resolve any damages as outlined above. However, if you do decide to refuse a shipment, please note that this forces us to treat the matter similar to an undamaged return. By refusing a shipment, you agree to be responsible for any additional costs associated by your refusal. For example, UPS typically charges the same shipping rate to return a shipment as well as an additional fee for all refused shipments. The actual charges that we will be billed by the carrier as a result of your refusal will be deducted from any refund from us regardless of whether we receive the item back in damaged or undamaged condition. Returns Policy We are happy to accept returns within 30 days from when UPS made delivery. This includes any claims for damage, missed deliveries or any other like claims. Please note that we cannot process return requests or any other claims that are made outside of this published policy. If you received a damaged item, please take photos with your phone and send these to us, along with your order information. Typically, we will not ask you to return-ship items you received as damaged and will simply issue the appropriate credit. If you simply wish to return an item for any other reason, please make sure to use the same packaging that came with the item originally. Unfortunately, our product is easily breakable during transit and the packaging has been designed specifically to protect against damage during normal carrier handling. All returns must be received in like new condition (meaning undamaged and in its original packaging) to receive the maximum refund. While we are happy to process and refund returns, we cannot refund shipping costs, including any return shipping costs.
