     Work Perk has no control over such websites and is in no way responsible
     for the content thereof.  This Policy does not extend to your use of such
     websites.  Users are advised to read the privacy policy or statement of
     other websites prior to using them.

 * HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
   
   * We will keep and process your personal data only for as long as is
     necessary for the purposes for which it was collected in connection with
     your relationship with us, unless we have a legal right or obligation to
     retain the data for a longer period, or the data is necessary for the
     establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
   
   * The Work Perk will keep the personal data relating to you for marketing
     purposes for the period that you remain on our marketing lists. We will
     check with you every 2 years to make sure that you remain on our marketing
     lists and you can ask to be removed at any time. 

 * YOUR RIGHTS
   
   * You have the following rights:
     
     1. To object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of
        direct marketing.
     
     2. to obtain access to your personal data – you may request information on
        how your personal data is handled by us and request a copy of such
        personal data;
     
     3. to request us to correct or update your personal data if it is

        1. demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your right
           to object, or

   Work Perk using the details in paragraph 2.1 and provides us with at least
   the following:

   3.    the right you want to exercise;
   
   4.    the personal data to which it relates.

 * Where processing of your personal data is based on your consent you have the
   right to withdraw your consent at any time, this will not affect the
   lawfulness of processing based on your consent prior to withdrawal.

   * If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, please address
     your complaint(s) to the physical address specified in paragraph 2.1 above.
   
   * In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the Information
     Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection supervisory authority.
