   Corey and his his team were AMAZING! My husband and I sold our home in early
   October in another State. Before we listed it Corey pre approved us and we
   were able to secure a new build.
   Over the years we have bought and sold several properties and this was the
   BEST transaction.
   They were very organized and got all the information they needed from the
   start. There were no surprises, except that Corey was able to get us a lower
   payment and interest rate!

   I used Corey and his team to buy my first home towards the end of 2021. For
   the most part, they were great in answering all my questions and helping me
   get through the home buying process. However, I have to take off at least 2
   stars (I kind of want to take them all off), because in the end, money is
   still most important.
   
   They failed to notice a critical detail about my job (that was clear from the
   beginning mind you, it just didn't dawn on them) until I had decided on a
   home and was pushing to finalize on it. Thanks to that missed detail, I could
   not get the loan unless I had my parents co-sign the loan. Everything else
   was completely ready, I just needed the loan. I do not like having to rely on
   anyone, let alone on my parents for a commitment this large. As such, we
   asked several times about what it would take to get them removed from the
   loan once the job detail was fixed. I can't recall the exact wording anymore,
   and of course it wasn't in writing, but they convinced me that I would be
   able to get him off the loan and the interest rate of the loan would not
   change.
   
   Low and behold, several months later once my job detail was fixed, I find out
   the ONLY way to get my parents off the loan is to refinance the loan, which
   as of writing this review, would increase my interest rate over 50%. Rather
   than tell me the truth and be forced to wait for things to change for me so I
   could get a home without relying on my parents, they chose to deceive me and
   convince me I would not be locked into the choice of either keeping my
   parents on the loan or taking a massive hit from refinancing.
   
   So, they missed a critical detail that should have been caught at the
   beginning, and then they deceived me to ensure I didn't wait to get the loan.
   Of course, I have no proof of this as nothing was in writing. I guess we live
   in an age where even if it's made out to be standard practice, nothing is to
   be believed unless you have it put in writing and signed.

   Amazing people!
   I was working with a previous lender and was having a horrible experience. I
   was then referred to Evergreen and started working with David. He explained
   the whole process to me, answered all my questions, and would even call to
   see how my house hunting was going. We only had a certain amount of time to
   find a house and get our loan processed due to our lease at our rental having
   to be renewed and the team at Evergreen made our dream of owning a home
   happen in a very crunched amount of time. Thank you David and Megan!!!
