Very unprofessional!!!

We had a highly disappointing experience with this windscreen company. We were
booked for a replacement of car window glass service in our house at 8am-12pm,
the workers arrived at 10am, they did not manage and couldn't complete the job
due to a supposed issue with a bolt and told us there is some other guy from
their company who can do the job. They redirected us to their workshop at 419
Warrigal Road Cheltenham and told us to bring the car at 1-ishpm of the same
day. We arrived at 1:45pm and we were told the technician had left because we
were late, instructing us to return the next day. This caused a significant
inconvenience, requiring time off work for an ultimately unresolved issue. The
unprofessionalism exhibited throughout this process was frustrating and
unsatisfactory.

FIXED NEXT DAY OR FREE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Bookings need to be made online or
with our call center before noon. The offer must be mentioned at the time of
booking. Bookings made on Friday will receive Monday service. Tuesday service
guarantee for any weekend bookings. Melbourne metro online. After-market car
glass and chip repairs only. Guarantee will not apply if customer rejects or
reschedules booking time. Some next-day appointment times may be outside of
standard business hours.
