OUR PRICE: $330 (INCLUDING GST)

We will do the below to assist you in moving, and subsequently, settling in
Australia.



The best part? Arrive understands everyone’s uniqueness, and if there is any
assistance you require not listed below, you will have the opportunity to
request it in the engagement form. If accepted by Us, we will include it into
our service at no additional cost. 

FLIGHTS

We will assist you in finding and booking your Flight to Australia

AIRPORT PICK UP

We will arrange for you to be picked up at the airport

ACCOMMODATION

Need to find a rental or shared home in Australia? We've got you

MEALS / GROCERIES

We'll help guide you on buying groceries in Australia - even arranging groceries
to be dropped off at your doorstep in the early days, if needed. If needed,
we'll also connect you to professionals to provide ready-to-go meals per your
dietary needs.

UTILITY AND BILLS

We'll help connect your house to all utilities required so you're set up from
day one. This also extends to personal bills, like getting you a Phone Plan.

WORK / STUDY RELATED

You may need a Tax File Number, Australian Business Number and Superannuation
Account to get started. You may also need a Unique Student Identifier. We're
here to help you get all these set up, even connecting you to Tax Professionals,
if required.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Where you may need Private Health Insurance, we will assist you in finding the
best options for your needs

BANK ACCOUNT

We'll help you set up a bank account.

FURNITURE

Furnish your house before landing here. You order, we will handle the rest.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Our Team will assist you in getting around. We will provide information about
the rules around Drivers Licence and the Public Transport System, as well as
personally arrange any necessary items you need to travel (e.g. Myki for
Victoria)

Please note, this does not extend to procurement of a car or car related
services.

MOVING TO AUSTRALIA ADVICE AND CHECK IN

Our Team will regularly check in with you throughout our engagement period,
offering advice and guides about moving to Australia at different times of your
journey and settlement

RESUME AND COVER LETTER

Our Team will provide information on Resume and Cover Letter as well as connect
you with Employment professionals if needed.


HOW IT WORKS




STEP 1: BEGIN.

Fill out our engagement form as below. We will capture a few questions to best
position us to help. Here, you can also request additional services that - if
accepted by us - will be included in our Contract at no additional cost.


STEP 2: ACTION

Our Team will get into action. We will begin working with you to arrange your
arrival and subsequent settlement in Australia, staying and assisting you every
step of the way to the extent of our Services we can offer per our Contract.


STEP 3. ARRIVE

We will continue to support you with all that we promised up to the
Contractually stipulated time of 30 days. We aim by the end of the 30 days that
you have sufficiently settled into Australia.

NO EXCESS PROFIT

Our profit only exists within our service fee. Either than that, we will not
make any additional profit in the form of referral fees or similar from
providers we use for you. We do this to show you we're committed to finding the
best options for you.

PRIORITISING COMMUNICATION

Our Service exists for 30 days after arrival into Australia. From the date we
engage you till that date, we will routinely keep in touch with you (we love
talking!). If you Contact Us, we aim to provide a response within 24 hours.

REASONABLE CHANGES

While we hope and know you will love all our planning, there may be times where
our preferences don't match yours. In this case, you may Request Us to provide
alternatives, up to two times.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

How much are your Services for Groups (2+ people)?

Good Question! The $300 Price as above is exclusively for one adult individual.
Groups with multiple adult persons will incur that fee per person. Hence, in
these cases, just multiply the number of persons with $300.

However, groups with some adult persons and some children or dependents will not
incur that fee for all children / dependents. Fees for children / dependents
will be less than $300, but the exact number depends on age,  requirements and
other factors. In these cases, you’ll need to lodge a Engagement Request Form
for a quote.

Are you Tax, Travel, Migration or Legal Professionals?

No, We are not. We should not be taken as being either Taxation, Migration,
Travel, Legal Profession or similar.  We may work and source advice from them
for you, however, we are not within those spaces. 

Arrive simply exists in a unique space of its own in creating a space for new
migrants to be connected to Australian goods and services being new to the
country.

Why Should I Pay For Advice?

As a new migrant, there is so much to learn and do in order to start your life
in Australia, an endeavour migrants are often left alone in accomplishing. This
being increasingly more difficult given the fact that you are new to the country
yourself, and you may not know where to start.

Arrive aims to take out that loneliness and workload off your hands. Not only
that, but we aim to do so in a way that will also increase your skills and
learning, so you are eventually fully independent to the extent of not needing
our team itself.

While other organisations want to retain Cliental, we want to make ours not need
us anymore. We place people before profits.

What about Refunds?

We appreciate and prioritise Consumer choice.  We offer 100% refunds till the
date we begin offering our Services. This means that you may request a refund of
100% anytime till the date we offer our first piece of advice. After that, we
unfortunately can not offer refunds.  

What is GST?

GST stands for Goods and Services Tax set by the Government at 10% of the base
price. We collect GST, all of is later sent onto the Government.
