LAMOR GOES GOOGLE



WELCOME TO LAMOR GOES GOOGLE INFO SITE!


WHAT IS HAPPENING?

In January 2021, We are moving our work fully from Microsoft Office 365 to
Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite). This is a significant part of
renewing our digital working environment to ensure rapid response and
collaboration anywhere and with any device.

Google Workspace tools work together with Hailer, Hubspot and a soon to be
chosen global accounting solution. Together they create a seamlessly integrated
ONELAMOR Platform as a center of our digital working environment. These tools
enable us to come back together even if we will work remote or in hybrid model.

We already have Google accounts available for all, and you can start exploring
Google Workspace right away.


PROJECT OBJECTIVES

 1. Replace the current email and calendar solution from Outlook to Google
    Workplace Gmail and Calendar.

 2. Replace the current document creation and editing toolset MS Office (Word,
    Excel, PowerPoint) to Google editors (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

 3. Replace in phases current file management and storing solutions to Google
    Drive.

 4. Train Lamorians to use new Google tools and share needed information and
    education material to them, to make the transition as smooth as possible.

21.1.2021 GO-LIVE: LAMOR IS IN GOOGLE

You start receiving emails and calendar invitations only to Google tools.
Outlook is not in use anymore. Your old emails, calendar events and contacts are
migrated to Google Workspace.
