WELCOME TO RUTISA TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT (PTY) LTD


INTRODUCTION

Since Rutisa Training & Recruitment’s conception in 2005, we have always been
premised upon the belief that one’s actions need to be for the benefit of
society.

As we embrace the spirit of Ubuntu in all aspects of our lives, we have enabled
ourselves to identify the needs within our community, address these issues in a
systematic fashion, and ultimately resolve these issues. Rutisa’s approach
towards projects has always been pragmatic.

We identify, evaluate and execute in a manner that is sustainable. We devote our
lives to the cause and promulgate the highest standards. Through Rutisa’s
devotion and ethics of care, we have been successful in our endeavours to
educate South African citizens. As a Level 1, BBBEE, 100% female black-owned
company, we have a respected private sector client base, and we are proud to be
part of the public sector’s endeavours to eradicate poverty through education.
At the beginning of 2020, Rutisa was awarded a contract which denotes of
training over 16 000 informal traders within South Africa. This initiative is
set to be the biggest initiative of its kind with the aim to uplift the South
African demographic.
