Mr Zheng Yu, President BGP Offshore, invites you to attend an interactive and
engaging two-day event, drawing upon our collective expertise, experience, and
the latest scientific insights.


WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

We will address the following questions in a collaborative and participative
environment:

1. VISION AND DEFINITION OF THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT:

 * • What does the ideal hybrid culture look like?
 * • How can we combine the best aspects of all cultures involved in a project
   to foster excellence?

2. REFLECTION ON CURRENT PRACTICES:

 * • What are our current ways of working, and what successes have we achieved
   that highlight our strengths?
 * • What gaps or shortcomings need urgent attention to move closer to our
   envisioned culture?

3. OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHANGE:

 * • What concrete opportunities exist for us to effect cultural change within
   our projects?
 * • What strategies can we employ to successfully establish the ideal hybrid
   culture for each project?

4. STARTING THE CHANGE JOURNEY:

 * • What actions must we prioritise to initiate the desired cultural
   transformation?
 * • What specific, immediate actions can we individually and collectively
   commit to which will have an immediate and positive impact?
