    Log in to the Jelastic dashboard and click the Start button next to your
    environment.
    
    Click the Open in browser button once the environment is started.

 2. Activate your account.
    
    If you are unable to perform any actions with your environment via the
    dashboard, your account was most likely deactivated. Depending on your
    account type, you need to upgrade or refill it to reactivate:
    
    * Trial
      
      Trial accounts are automatically deactivated after the expiration of the
      trial period or bonus funds. Please, Upgrade Account to activate all your
      existing environments.
    
    * Billing
      
      Billing accounts are deactivated when your balance drops below a certain
      amount. Please, Refill it to activate all your existing environments.
    
    After the account reactivation, click the Open in Browser button next to
    your environment.

 3. Contact Support.
    
    If you cannot access the dashboard, your account is most likely suspended.
    Usually, it is a result of breaking any part of the user agreement with your
    service provider. If you feel there was a misunderstanding, contact support
    via soporte@soporte.hosting.
