GOD’S TIMING IS EVERYTHING!

2021

We were two Auburn University students passing each other by in the midst of all
the hustle and bustle required to navigate that institution. Even though we were
both in the same program, we never met! I can only assume it was because we had
our noses in the books! He had dreams of becoming a doctor and I had dreams of
becoming an occupational therapist. Our worlds separated even more as he
continued his journey on the loveliest plains and I carried on to THE Tuskegee
University. Life met us with a few challenges as God molded us and prepared us
to cross paths. He understood that a few heartbreaks and losses were needed to
strengthen our relationship with Him prior to our union. In 2021, in true
millennial fashion, we connected on Hinge. Yes ladies and gentlemen we found our
forever partner on a dating app! Now if you ask Jacob, he will tell you some
fairytale story he made up. Don’t mind him! No matter what story is told we feel
blessed to have found love. These next chapters of life may be wild and crazy,
but we are so excited to embark on life’s adventures together. Buckle up
beautiful people for this journey to Jernigan!
