Laura (she/her) is a Central American graphic designer and illustrator with a
BFA (Honors) in Graphic Design, and minors in Advertising Design and Book Arts
from Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, California.




While studying in LA, she had the opportunity of working at Design Lab, a design
studio operated within the Communications and Marketing department of Otis
College. Through Design Lab, she had the opportunity to work with various
clients including The Huntington, LACMA, Jonathan Louis, TechStyle, and more.
While working at Design Lab, she was able to work on projects encompassing but
not limited to branding, illustration, copywriting, retail, UX/UI, web design,
motion design, product design, and surface design.




She is passionate about designing things that matter, and making sure that
everything she creates has a story to tell. She is most passionate about
typography, illustration, and publications. In her free time, she enjoys playing
one of her many instruments, reading a good book, and cooking for the people she
loves.
