In this final rule TTB establishes the approximately 2,186,689-acre “Upper
Cumberland” American viticultural area (AVA) in Middle Tennessee effective
June 14, 2024.

In this final rule, TTB establishes the "Yucaipa Valley" American
Viticultural Area (AVA) in San Bernadino County, California, effective on May
28, 2024, at 27 CFR 9.293.
