expert in bridging client objectives with creative research design and analysis.
She relies on her depth and breadth of experience to work out large and small
design issues and to create research solutions that address business and
research objectives.

Susan's experience spans consumers, patients, healthcare professionals and
business decision-makers across a range of industries, including healthcare,
travel and leisure, restaurants, retail, consumer packaged goods, technology and
financial services.

consulted with clients during design, analysis and interpretation of study
results. Her experience and skills in both qualitative and quantitative
methodologies across a diverse range of industries allow her to offer a full
spectrum of consulting and solutions to clients. She has worked extensively in
branding, awareness, message/concept testing, communications and customer
satisfaction/loyalty.

Lynn has extensive experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical/health insurance
arena, as well as other industries including technology, retail and financial
services. She is an experienced moderator, facilitating in-person as well as
online discussions and interviews among a variety of respondents, including
consumers, patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals and business
decision-makers.
