   After that, you can purchase more credits or sign up for a premium plan.

 * What kind of files can I transcribe/translate?
   
   You can upload a video OR audio file or import from a link from a popular
   social media site, like Twitter, YouTube, etc.
   
   You can upload any video file format, including MP4, MOV, AVI, and more. The
   video can be in any language and can be of any length. The service will
   automatically transcribe and translate the video to your desired language.

 * What happens if a video I transcribe produces the wrong transcriptions?
   
   As with most AI services, we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy or consistency for
   any transcriptions, and the service is provided as is. However, if there is
   an extenuating case, you can contact our support.
   
   In the event of a failure on our end, your credits should be automatically
   refunded. If not, please contact us at translatemomhelp@gmail.com or on
   Discord.

 * What happens if I start a transcription and leave the page before it’s
   finished?
   As long as the transcription process is started, it should complete and will
   appear in your task history when done. If there is an error your credits will
   be refunded.
 * What are “permanent credits” and what are “monthly credits”?
   Permanent credits are credits you purchase on their own and do not expire.
   Monthly credits are provided according to your premium tier (600 for plus and
   2000 for premium) and will reset at the end of each billing cycle.
